Mr. Freeman Marshall was my sales consultant and he got me in the exact car that I wanted. He worked closely with Mr. Jon Shick to get my payment in the range that I could afford. Mr. Freeman was very patient with me as I test drove several cars and explored many more. He truly wanted me to drive away in the car that I LOVED! He was very knowledgeable about all the different models of the jeeps I was looking at, and easily answered all my questions. With my crazy work schedule, he was kind enough to deliver the car and the gas tank was topped off which was a very nice touch! From the first second, Freeman made me feel welcomed and at ease. The experience was very pleasant and I will definitely be back for my next car in the future. I definitely recommend the dealership, the friendly staff and Mr. Freeman Marshall. More

Words cannot Freeman Marshall from Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was absolutely fantastic in helping me find and purchase a new 2016 Jeep Compass. Words cannot explain how helpful and friendly he was from the start of the process, to picking out all of the options that I wanted, securing financing, and finally when he was waving goodbye to me a day later when I took delivery of the car. What is often times thought of as a daunting process, buying the car for me was an absolute piece of cake. I have dealt with other car salesmen before and left with, at best, a sour taste in my mouth and at worst swearing off the dealership for good. He worked with me on the price and both sides came to a happy medium and I will certainly be back for my next car! Terrible service, tampering with cars Had a recall that they needed to take care of and figured I'd have them fix an additional problem while I was there. They charged me $100 more than they quoted me for the work. As I drove home, I noticed the car was smoking under the hood. When I got home I found that somehow the cap to my antifreeze resivoir was magically missing! The car almost overheated and destroyed the engine. Thanks for trying to blow up my car! You guys suck! More

The folks that worked there were sympathetic of my previous situation and tried to make the experience with them less painful. I appreciated their non aggressive selling approach and it made me feel like they were trying to work with me and not for their own personal gain. Poor service Just leased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee with Dutchess and probably will never again! To start we spent 5.5 hours in the show room waiting for the sales rep to get organized enough to sell us a car. Then when we finally go to drive our car home we do a once over because it is a lease and there are scratches all over the hood, streaks on the inside of the windshield, water stains on the doors and roof. A poor detail job and showed us they were not prepared for us to pick up the Jeep. So the sales person promised to get the car detailed and the scratches removed from the hood. He said just call on Monday and ask for him and he would get it done for us. FIne!! I called him on Monday and he promised to get me in to the service area when the rental is available. Then I never heard from him again. almost a week and I decided to call service myself. The loaner car was always ready, it was never out! Then less than a week after we bought the car we brought it in for service for this detailing. We were told that we get 3/4 a tank of gas and will be charged if it doesnt come back with that amount!!! I was like this isn't my problem that you are lending me this car, it is because of your half xxx sales person/service. So we left our NEW Jeep for detailing for 8 hours. When we went t pick it up they said the scratches would not come out and we need to bring it to get body work. It will take 3 days to complete, which tell sme they are going to sand it and re-paint!!! WAIT... It is a Brand new Jeep and we are now going to the body shop!!! How about giving me a new one? I have this Jeep less than a week and its a lease. Now we have an email and call out to the owner, who I pray gets back to us!!! If not the BBB will be contacted. I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE I KNOW TO THIS DEALER. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN!! More
Amazing Experience Will Definitely Buy From Them Again. I bought a 2015 RAM 1500 from Dutchess Dodge the other day and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. I stopped by there to see some of their new and used inventory and just look around, I was greeted by one of their salesmen Anthony Giannini, who was extremely helpful and knowledgable.There was no pressure at all, I truly felt he was there to explore each and every avenue they had to offer me, to be honest he taught me a lot about my options. I also worked with Jon Chick the sales manager there who also gave top notch service, They were very pleasant to deal with, patient, and informative it was a refreshing experience. They made the experience fun and exciting, which it should be, who doesn't like getting a new car. I've been in a lot of dealerships and I'm not saying they are all bad, but this experience stands out from all the rest. Every person I dealt with from Anthony and Jon and everyone in between down to the finance manager was a pleasure to deal with. I was blown away by their service and stress free experience and love my new RAM.... I will definitely be a repeat customer, I would recommend Dutchess Dodge to anyone... More
3 Jeeps and Counting I have always been a Jeep lover, so when I went to go get my first Jeep I was extremely excited. I went to a dealership closer to my house and quickl I have always been a Jeep lover, so when I went to go get my first Jeep I was extremely excited. I went to a dealership closer to my house and quickly found out that some businesses do not care about creating a relationship with customers. After a very disappointing experience with that other dealership, I went to Dutchess Dodge and it's insane to see how polar opposite two dealerships can be where they are only 20 miles apart and have the same inventory. I can say that 10 years and 3 Jeeps later that there is no other place I will get my Jeeps from. Time after time, they have gone out of their way to check in and bring me back in. I admit, I love new cars and always try to get into a new one every 3-5 years. Usually that means I am at the dealers disposal, but not in this case, I can say that confidently. Dutchess Dodge, even more Nick Percopo, my sale rep, has always done AMAZING deals for me and put me in top of the line Jeeps. This last experience was no exception. Originally I was contemplating just buying out my lease and really was set on that. Then Nick, who sold me that Jeep, gave me a call and I figured what do I have to lose. Now it's important to note that I had recently changed jobs which made me go over my lease mileage by 10K miles. I informed Nick my situation and explained that I was happy enough in the car that without something absolutely amazing, I would just stay with it. In one afternoon, Nick looked around, kept in constant contact, found a car that he knew I would love, gave me another call and we talked out some high level details. By the next afternoon I was in the dealership but still wavering on whether or not I should really contemplate switching. When all was said and done, the deal that I got on the new Jeep...I can't even believe it. It was absolutely amazing and the entire experience with the whole staff, especially Nick, was stellar. In a world filled with greedy businesses and the idea of customer loyalty being left behind, it is beyond refreshing to know there is at least one business (shockingly enough a car dealership) that does understand why customer loyalty is and will do whatever they can to retain their long term customers. Overall, I have done nothing but rave about Dutchess Dodge and that is the only place that I recommend to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. Without a doubt, there is NO other place I will bring my business back to as well. And in another 3 years or so, I am sure I’ll be getting in touch with my pal Nick to see what new deals they can work out for me. He went above and beyond and sincerely appreciated our business. The kids play area and lounge was fantastic and allowed us to talk with Andre and go over all the paperwork without the stress of our kids running around. Would recommend this dealer! More
terrible service department Last February I brought my jeep in for service. There were a few things that needed to be fixed including ball joints. I dropped the car off the night before and was told it would take about a day and a half to have the work done. No big deal, I made arraignments with co workers to ride to work with. We had a snow storm which delayed the service a day. Understandable. Called the following day for update on repair was told parts to repair upper and lower ball joints didn't come in because of previous snow storm. Said they would have parts following day. Ok. Day 5 I got a call saying they received the wrong parts and that they had to reorder and because it was friday, they would not get them until monday. Finally got the jeep back on Tuesday, eight days after I dropped it off. Well its 10 months later and brought my jeep to a respectable mechanic for brakes he informed me that I needed ball joints on the side I just had replaced! Called jeep and they told me to bring it in and they will take a look they also said parts were under warranty. But not labor. I finally got them to honor labor also. So... I dropped the jeep off this past Tuesday night for service on Wednesday. They called me wednesday afternoon to tell me that they had to order parts and would be ready Thursday. I get a call Thursday afternoon and was told that they needed to order a new part because the one that they were trying to put back in wasn't going in right! This was the same part that they were supposed to replace! So here we are on Friday and I just received a call saying that there were no deliveries because of the 3 inches of snow we got and that they are expecting to get the part on monday!!! They told me they called other dealers for the parts but there was nothing available. So here we go again! Another week without my 4 wheel drive in the winter! I would never have gone back to this dealer if it weren't for the fact that they are fixing there screw up for free. I can tell you I will NEVER BRING MY CAR BACK AGAIN FOR SERVICE NOR WILL I EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AND I CAN TELL YOU I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER!!!!! More
