Professional environment with honest and reputable staff that cares deeply about customer concerns and values.
Looked at new vehicles on their website. There was a trade in app with Kelly Blue Book which gave a trade in value up to $21,000 for our vehicle. Went to the dealership to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We liked the vehicle and were looking to purchase it. Sat down to do the paperwork and run the numbers. Salesperson said that the real trade in value was $17,000. Our trade in has very low mileage and is in perfect condition we had just had it serviced at Jeep and were told it was in great shape. Salesperson would not honor the Kelly Blue Book valuation so we left the dealership. If they are not going to honor the Kelly Blue valuations then they should remove it from their site. I feel that this is a bait and switch move and should be investigated further. Offering $4,000 less is an insult and I will never do business with them again
Poor salesman! Higher prices than other Jeep dealers in the area! Not willing to help customers get to decent price! I was ready to buy and they seem to not really care. Went to another Jeep dealer, same exact Jeep, after all costs in almost 8k lower in price!!
Francisco was super professional, extremely nice and attentive and explained everything clearly and carefully to me when I bought my Kia Soul today. I couldn't be happier with the incredible customer service he gave me throughout my car shopping experience! Thank you Franco! 😊 Jill
Closed a deal yesterday at Dutchess KIA. Chris Jarrin came up to us as soon as we walked in and glad he did, Great guy to work with. He know s all he needs to know about his inventory, zeroed right in on what my wife wanted in her car. We decided on a Telluride and we're happy. Checked around and were very happy with the deal, so we took it. It went smooth as silk. Great doing business with them.
RUN. Go literally anywhere else to buy a car, even if there's a seemingly good deal. Dealing with these people is not worth it. Classic sleazy dealership. 1. My salesman John knew absolutely nothing about the car and put in little to no effort in answering any questions I had. Then he also had shady sales tactics when negotiating on price (offered to lower monthly payments while extending loan time, hoping I didn't understand how interest works). 2. When I decided to finance through my personal bank instead of through them, the business manager George became hostile and actively unhelpful (they receive a kickback from banks if customers finance through them so they were unhappy with me for not doing so). He hung up on me when I called several times and it took him SIX tries and over 3 days to get me the purchase agreement formatted the way I needed, with a new excuse every time as to why he couldn't do it. This extended my date of pickup by over a week from when I was supposed to. 3. I showed up at my arranged pickup time, and I (and my ride there) waited over an hour before someone was ready to help me do the paperwork and finalize the deal. My salesman John had no idea if the paperwork I had was what I needed and we had to wait for the business manager to come back before proceeding. 4. To top it all off, I had asked my salesman about a deflated tire on the car during the test drive and asked to make sure that was fixed before I picked it up. He assured it would be. 10 minutes into my ride home, the tire pressure light came on and I've now found out the tire has a slow leak and I've had to refill it every 2-3 days. When I called asking if they could fix it, they advised that they have "no record of owing me a tire and it would not be covered under the warranty." So now I have to fix the tire on a car I've had for under 2 weeks. Buying a car should be a fun, exciting experience and this dealership made it an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. Everyone there that I spoke with was either rude, clueless or both. Looking back, I am very unhappy I gave them my business and I would not do so again.
