They offered to get me off mailing list which didn't happen. I'm still getting e mail about the vehicle they don't have. Really poor experience with this dealership. I would have driven the six hours to go there if they had what was advertised five or six times on cars.com. very unhappy! More

Brought car in for service for a few things covered under warranty and a few service things. I paid over the phone as I wasn't able to get there in time but I was assured that the items were taken care of. I warranty and a few service things. It was like they were feeding laxatives to the birds. Next was the mileage of the car. On the paperwork it states a certain amount out. Well it was 16 miles over that amount on the dash. Joy ride? Maybe. But really pissed me off was they left their lunch receipt from subway on my floor for the day before. I went inside to speak to someone but no one from service was there. Only from sales. I stood at their front desk awaiting for them to stop and acknowledge I was standing there waiting to address my issues. But they continued to talk amongst themselves. I spoke aloud asking for a manager and a Brian from sales manager stated to speak to a girl at the register. I explained that there wasn't anyone there and was told by him that they have nothing to do with service. I said I have issues that I would like him to see since he was a manager. Again was told he has nothing to do with that department. That's why they have hours written on there. My point is what happens to customers that can't be there for pick up. What you just brush them away? Along with the other issues my car was not repaired completely. The main reason I came in was not fixed. Unacceptable. More

Total nightmare! Brought my daughter’s 2013 Kia Sorrento in this past summer for a recall on the motor. A new motor was installed in a timely fashion. While the vehicle was there, I asked if they could fix in this past summer for a recall on the motor. A new motor was installed in a timely fashion. While the vehicle was there, I asked if they could fix the air conditioning, which had stopped working. I agreed that it was no longer under warranty, and that I would pay for the repair, then the fun started. They kept the car for 2 mos, no loaner car because my daughter is only 18. They claimed that they had tested the entire system, and couldn’t find anything wrong, but the a/c still wouldn’t work. Wait, what??? Everything is fine but it won’t work?? So I got corporate Kia involved, and after getting the runaround from both , I finally was contacted by a Kia consumer affairs regional mgr, who said the case had been closed out by Dutchess Kia, and that they were not asking for any additional help from the corporate level. Nice of them right? So classes were about to begin, and my daughter needed her car back, so I reluctantly picked up the car, a/c still not working. Upon driving the car, my daughter found that the uvo radio wasn’t operating, including the backup camera and hands free phone. Called and left a msg, explaining what the problem was and said I would check the fuse and get back to them. The next day , the uvo system began working again. A few days later the oil pressure light came on, so we brought the car back and the new motor they had installed was found to be defective. It took another week or two, but they installed another new motor. They called and said that the car was ready, but that the uvo system had stopped working again, and that they checked the whole system and couldn’t find anything wrong, but the uvo system will not work and they can’t fix it. I picked up the car, and I was extremely upset at this point, but before taking further action, I decided to google the problem and see what I could find. It literally took me 5 minutes to find the answer and another 5 minutes to get the uvo system up and running again. This should tell you all you need to know about the quality of techs they have working at this dealership. I’ve owned a business in Dutchess cty. For 27 yrs. , and I’m going to make a point to tell everyone about this experience. I’ll never go there for anything ever again, and I will do exactly the opposite of recommending such a poor quality business. More
I see other have had the same bad experience-though Joe there is a very nice salesman. The dealership itself advertises false ads to get you to come in and then does the classic "Bait & Switch" and states there is a very nice salesman. I was in the market for a car and I reached out to Dutchess kia..I was Set up with Daniel Gemmell. Daniel is an outstanding sales representative and A great people person.. He made the whole sale easy and simple and out the door with it... The rest of his team was great as well.. It wasn't one of them drag out regretfully day buying a car like some dea And I went in the next day to purchase some accessories and Daniel was right on it and had it all set up basically..All I had to do is go in and pay for it to be ordered... So,if your in the market for a Kia,drop in and give him a shout and enjoy the same Experience.. More
If I could give 0 stars I would. I initially came to the dealership a couple of years ago when I had my eyes on a pre-owned Jeep. I was told they’d take care of my lease and returning my car once I signed the contract. I was also offered 4 free oil changes. Needless to say, I was left with a bill from my lease, was told that I was only given 2 oil changes, and my car was not well detailed. I had to fight for a new headlight that went out 2 weeks after purchasing the car. Bottom line—the team is looking to close a deal and then they no longer have use for you. Will never return to that dealership and would encourage others to save their time, frustration, and money by doing the same. More
