I walked right in to meet with Adam and told him what I was looking for, the price range I had looked at and what I could afford. An hour later we had the numbers where I wanted with an upgraded kia! When I picked up the car Ralph spent a lot of time going over all the electronics and familiarized me with the operational controls of the car. Jay also joined in.
