I was offended when he talked to my husband like an idiot, gave us unwanted advice on our credit basically saying since we were not a 700 or higher we needed to lower our expectations, and during a supposedly unrelated story told us that young people have no respect and used to never interrupt their elders. I will never recommend this salesman, ever. however, when we finally got to talk to someome else who turned out to be the manager he was very friendly, accomadating and was one of the reasons we bought a 2013 soul. I also recieved wonderful customer service from the service department, the finance department and the parts department. These departments and the sales manager are the ONLY reason i did not leave. More

Mike Saracino is the Best Body Shop Manager I had my Kia fixed at the shop managed by Mike Scaracino.....he is the best shop person around. and I love his attitude and work. Horrible experience after the sale! First let me say, I honestly did have a great sales experience, and I was appreciative that my payments got lowered when I bought my car. This is the First let me say, I honestly did have a great sales experience, and I was appreciative that my payments got lowered when I bought my car. This is the only reason I'm giving the dealership a two-star rating. However, everything since buying my car has been a disaster. For one thing, it took them more than a month to pay off my trade. I had to call numerous times to follow up and make sure that it was done, and I was constantly assured that it would be handled, and that my account would not be 30 days past due. That was not the case. I had to call that bank several times since and try to work with them. They will not work with me, and told me that they had to report it because they didn't receive payment before the 30 days had passed. If I had known that Folger Kia really would have failed in getting the payment to them, I would have sucked it up and just paid the extra month for a car I no longer owned. That's a mistake I will never make again. It's difficult to rebuild one's credit when things like this happen. Now let me touch on their customer service after the sale. Every time I called to speak to someone about this issue, after being told that the finance manager with whom I had been working up until about two weeks ago was no longer with the company, I was told that the person I'd need to talk to was either "not in the office that day" or not at her desk. I left several voicemails and none of them were returned. I was even laughed at once by the receptionist, when I was trying to find someone to help me with this problem. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Then when my license plate FINALLY arrived last week I asked that it be mailed to me. I confirmed my address on the phone at the time, and now I find out today that it's been mailed to my OLD address. Now I have to take even more time out of my day to go there and get it because of another mistake that Folger Kia has made. I really feel like this whole experience since the sale has been a nightmare. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle here, and I'm a loyal Kia owner. Buyer beware! More
Three in a Row My husband purchased a Kia Sorento in late December, my Mother-in-Law purchased a Sportage in March and I leased an Optima yesterday (turning in my VW My husband purchased a Kia Sorento in late December, my Mother-in-Law purchased a Sportage in March and I leased an Optima yesterday (turning in my VW lease three months early.) I must admit that the features available from Kia are above any vehicle I tested - cooling seats, lane monitoring, back up camera/ sensors and push button start were all on my "musts" list... Darol and Brian made them a realty at price that matched my existing lease payment. Thanks to Eric and Darol I picked up my new Optima and completed paperwork in under 45 minutes - a plus since my 8-yr-old son was in tow with me - they were very nice to him too, asking if he was my "agent." I would highly recommend test driving a Kia, I truly feel you get more amenities for your dollar than any other car on the road today. More

My husband visited the service department recently for our first car and was approached by Mr. Ramsey. He told him about our needs and Mr. Ramsey got right to work. He was very diligent in addressing our needs. Size of vehicle, price, mileage, etc. We are very pleased with how hard he worked to get us the best deal possible. We are thankful for his honesty, diligence and professionalism. This is the 2nd vehicle purchase and we will continue to do business with Folger Kia South. More
