I originally was gonna drop the car Monday, but had a meeting and called that morning and said please tell him I will bring it tomorrow. Tuesday the manager said he didn't get the message. {That should've given me some little clue, right there, how the place is run.} ... I said "We'll I'm here - here is the car, see ya.". The main crux of this review is the last 1/2 of the week.} ..... End of Wednesday I called and a man told me the part had not come, but would come Thursday, it would be fixed Thursday night or Friday morning. Thursday late afternoon [after receiving NO CONTACT, ALL DAY] I called, they told me that that's not the case. - But part would come tomorrow and it would be fixed tomorrow. Rolled up, just now [Friday] and the service manager said the part is not here and they can't fix it. During this time btw they were unresponsive, on communication on the text interface - they ignored every question, from me, and only talked to me when they felt like it. Everything is documented. The service manager was cool, at the beginning - but Friday upon being called out (civilly) on keeping the car FOUR DAYS and not fixing it, he got a major attitude. - Tried to go all 'Tough Guy' on me ... said "Stop right HERE.' ... I told him to give me my key and I don't need to ever come back. He gave the key and continued his tough guy routine, said you're "not welcome back here!" ... That's like you broke up with a lady, and walking away she says "Well F you, too, you jerk!". I have this all on tape (because upon arriving, I knew the car wasn't going to be done) since he's completely the type of guy who would lie, about the interaction. ~ Thorough bullsh*# artist, who no doubt plays the victim {to his superiors} about every time a customer is upset - And it's worked for him, for some time, obviously. But he in reality has no business being in this job; he's not cut out for it. Service manager had me take an Uber, up from South Carolina (screenshot) to show up, then he casually walked out and told me "Hi - your car's not gonna be fixed.". Yeah I've worked in customer service, at some point when I was young, like him, and a customer is a bit agitated (about anything) I couldn't IMAGINE lifting my hand, to the customer, while he's talking and going 'You stop right HERE ... '. Wow. I btw also later that day called Sales, and asked them to please tell the GM to make sure he sees the review, it's something he should want to know. ~ And the guy I was talking to, said smart-a$$ "You want me to transfer you to the service manager himself, and you can tell him too?" ... I said "He's already gotten his *review*, when I left." These are the facts of what happened - Do not go to this dealership, for any reason. Because I don’t assume management / ownership minds this service center’s behavior, at all. (with this Warranty job, on my car’s steering) More

HORRIBLE! DM KIA completed an ILLEGAL sale of a brand new 2023 Kia Soul to me. Purchased vehicle in December 2023. The vehicle sale was illegal because it DM KIA completed an ILLEGAL sale of a brand new 2023 Kia Soul to me. Purchased vehicle in December 2023. The vehicle sale was illegal because it was sold to me with a "dangerous tire". The right rear tire had a plug on the interior sidewall! Who did the state inspection on this car? Who did the pre-delivery inspection on this car? Do they have still have a job? Yes, I didn't discover it until 8 1/2 months later. it is by the grace of God and guardian angels that this tire hasn't exploded and caused serious damage/death. The Dealership put a "new" tire on it yesterday. I waited for hours and hours and hours for this to be done. I didn't get 2/3 of the way home before that tire (right rear/the new one ) started going flat. I was assured by the dealership that I would receive a phone call this morning. I did not. I called the dealership at 2:30 today. They said that they were sending a tow truck to get my car. At 4:30 they called me back to tell me a tow truck wouldn't be here till tomorrow. They refuse to give me something to drive while they have my car. I have never dealt with a car dealership that had this type of "customer service". If Customer service, courtesy vehicles and a competent Service Department is important to you, go elsewhere. More

Mr Eaves, the body shop manager, said it was listed twice because they broke one but it was not added to the grand total. I did the math several times and the radiator core support was added to the grand total twice $843.75 + tax. he refused to give me a refund for the part I did not receive. no resolution thus far. I do not recommend this auto body shop to anyone. thanks. More

Absolutely THE worst Kia service Dept on the face of the earth. They have NO clue what they are doing, incapable of finding any problem unless it has a code attached, and if you want to get through to the earth. They have NO clue what they are doing, incapable of finding any problem unless it has a code attached, and if you want to get through to the service department or get a call back, you can forget about it. You will die waiting. Go somewhere else. More
Worst customer service EVER! Took my car in for a Saturday morning appointment (dropped off on Friday) for an oil change and inspection. Didn't get my car back until Monday! N Took my car in for a Saturday morning appointment (dropped off on Friday) for an oil change and inspection. Didn't get my car back until Monday! No call, no explanation. They also advised I needed the plate replaced in my driver side door for the rear windows switch. A month later, no return call regarding the part. I have a lease with them and DO NOT ever intend dealing with this place again. I feel bad for the sales manager Ty who was extremely helpful because his customers have to deal with the worst service department ever. More
I have had an absolute terrible experience with Dutch Miller Kia. In Nov of 2021 I returned my Kia Optima and leased a Kia Sorento. Dutch Miller Kia mailed the "pay off" check for the optima to KIA FINAN Miller Kia. In Nov of 2021 I returned my Kia Optima and leased a Kia Sorento. Dutch Miller Kia mailed the "pay off" check for the optima to KIA FINANCE (THE ONLY LENDER THEY ALLOW YOU TO USE FOR LEASING aka YOU HAVE NO OPTION). Kia Finance lost the check and held me financially responsible for the Kia Optima (that I had returned to Kia in Mint Condition after successfully completing my lease) for months and utlimately turned me into the credit bureau for non/late payment (WHILE THEY OWED ME MONEY). NO ONE (Especially the manager Garrett) has expressed concern or sympathy for my credit score being affected due to an internal error on Kia Finance. Both Kia Finance and Dutch Miller Kia put the responsibility on me and when I was able to track down a copy of the lease and the pay off, ONLY then did they admit fault and cut me a check for the amount they had been taking from me for months. However, they never went back and cleared my name with the credit bureau and its been 15months of xxxx. If you are leasing, my honest suggestion is to go somewhere else. Garrett has been rude and continues to tell me he will help and connect me with his contact with Kia Finance, however I CONTINUALLY have to PHYSICALLY VISIT his office to get him to do anything and he tells me he will call me. He then calls me and blames me and when I suggest I am not happy with that result he hangs up on me. 0/10 would NEVER recommend. More
