It’s the worst place I ever done business, my car drank oil and they would not fix it, 2 1/2 quarts in 3000 miles and 5 quarts in 5000 but they say that meets there standards, I gave bad review and was thr oil and they would not fix it, 2 1/2 quarts in 3000 miles and 5 quarts in 5000 but they say that meets there standards, I gave bad review and was threatened by manager that it would be at my best interest to change my review and I did but it didn’t help any, then he tried to said my insurance wasn’t no good but it states you can change your oil at home if you keep records and receipts and I did. I believe That was all a scare tacktic to get my car. They wanted me to do a second oil consumption just after doing one and said it might take 2 or 3 more consumption and if they did say they fix it, it would take months to get motor in, mind you I live an hour away and they want me to drive every 1000 miles to get oil checked. Then they called with offer and I got got scared and sold it, I did not want to sell it, all I wanted was for them to fixed it, there warranty’s and extended warrantys are not worth what there wrote on. After that it took almost 6 weeks to get a check and still waiting on it to clear bank. I’d like to find out how many people they do that way to get there car back and make big money off of. Very sad. I have just begun because I was afraid I wouldn’t get paid for my car. More
Josh Clagg made my experience at a car dealership relaxed and not anxious like I have been at all of the others. He was very patient and listened to me vent endlessly, took all of those concerns and fixed t and not anxious like I have been at all of the others. When I put a car in the shop ( still having full warranty) they keep my car for a week, put 80 miles on it and burn my gas I had in. Same issue wasn’t fixed 3 difference times I had to bring it in. My fiance and I called them because the advertise about price matching and we had found a new 2013 malibu for 19000 at another dealership! We told them our circumstances about having neg equity in our curr price matching and we had found a new 2013 malibu for 19000 at another dealership! We told them our circumstances about having neg equity in our current car and that with the rebates and the discount my fiance gets we figured up we could lower our payments even with the negative equity! He said he could work with us and to come in! We went in and he took all my info and went to had my car appraised after about a 30 minutes of "appraising" my vehicle he comes back and sits down and says " I can't help you" we asked why? He said he just couldnt help us! Asked if my credit score was bad (which I knew it wasnt) he said no he couldn't help us! We asked how much my car was worth his reply was " its none of my business thats our used car guys thing not mine" then told me that I needed to work fulltime (it had nothing to do with it cause we are just fine with my part time position) and gave me his wife's number to contact her for child care! I have never been so insulted! He was very rude wouldn't answer any questions then had the nerve to tell me to work full time and try to drum up business for his wife! I will never buy from them even if its the last dealership in the tristate area! More
