Had my engine replaced here after a flood. It was an insurance claim. After about a month I got my car back on a Saturday. I noticed oil leaking from it so I called the following Monday to bri It was an insurance claim. After about a month I got my car back on a Saturday. I noticed oil leaking from it so I called the following Monday to bring it back. They said bring it in on Friday. Wednesday comes along and the Check Engine Light comes on and a reduced power message. I pulled it in and they still told me they couldn’t look til Friday. I told them I would wait and they needed to look at it immediately since I just picked it up. They told me to fix it they would have to order parts and they couldn’t give me a loaner. After sitting in the service managers office for hours they magically found the part and replaced it. Still didn’t fix the leak and I’m still waiting for my vehicle with no loaner causing me to miss work. Nobody seemed to care and nobody made any effort to help. My mom ended up having to drive 3 hours to pick me up from the dealer. More
