By far the best car buying experience ever! Had never heard of Durand until I did a web search for Chevy dealers when I couldn't find the SUV I wanted at any of the local dealers. I told him what I was looking for, what I wanted to spend and within 30 minutes was buying the SUV from him. Brian Butka is a very good salesman,one I have used on many occasions. That is why he was the first person I decided to visit when looking for a new truck. This dealership is the BEST!!! I worked with Sal LoCascio to pick out a car. I told him right away that there may be issues with financing. He explained everything to me and looked out for my best interest in the financing. He also made sure I had a wonderful maintenance warranty. Sal LoCascio worked with me tirelessly waiting for the title to come thru and the check from the insurance company. This was a very stressful and unexpected event in my life. I was in an accident and my car was totalled. Sal kept in touch with me continually and let me know as soon as I was ready they would be there for me. He took care of the registration and inspection sticker. I didn't have to worry about anything.
