Durand was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly by all employees and had someone assisting me right away. Mark really helped me out I told him I was looking for a new sedan to replace my suv because the gas prices were getting so high and he assisted me from the very beginning. I test drove the 2011 Chevy cruze ltz and fell in love with it. Durand then worked with me on the trade in value of my suv and even helped me with the rate on my loan so I was able to get the car that I fell in love with. I highly recommend During Chevrolet to everyone I know my mother will be in the market for a car in the near future and she has already decided to go to Durand. More

This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Brian was beyond friendly. I received a recall notice on my 2009 Chevy Traverse and wanted it taken care of as soon as possible. Durand's were able to accommodate me the very next day. The customer service in the Service Department at Durand Chevrolet is great. During my most recent experience I was able to call and schedule a next day appointment for a routine inspection plus maintenance Chevrolet is great. The services were performed and my car was ready and running smoothly the same afternoon. Josh assisted me at the front desk and answered all my questions along with getting me the best possible parts and price. I will be heading back to Durand for any further required maintenance and it will most likely be the dealership I visit when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle. More
I was greeted warmly by 3 employees at the service desk. I introduced myself to Josh, with whom I had made the appointment. I explained the problem with my key fobs. I purchased a 2011 chevrolet equinox from DURAND CHEVROLET in march.It was the best experience I have ever had when puchasing a new vehicl.The sales person was MARK RIBIDUE.I did extensive research CHEVROLET in march.It was the best experience I have ever had when puchasing a new vehicl.The sales person was MARK RIBIDUE.I did extensive research on my trade-in value and what a new equinox should cost.Mark's offer was fair and had honest value and for the first time, ever,I accepted his first offer.There was absolutely no pressure put on me through the whole process. Mark's sales approach was what I always thought it should be,I was treated fairly and that is all I could ask for. Financing was better than i could have arranged myself, thanks to JOE MAZZAPICA.JOE did researh and because of our great credit rating we drove away happier than I have ever left a dealership with a new vehicle.Both men showed respect for my position and made the whole process painless and wI now drive an economical fun equinox.
