My 2007 Impala was running rough and was pulling to the right. I called Durand Chevy to schedule routine maintenance (oil change), state inspection, and mentioned that the vehicle was running rough and cou right. I called Durand Chevy to schedule routine maintenance (oil change), state inspection, and mentioned that the vehicle was running rough and could they check this out and let me know what was the problem. Service asked me a couple quiestions and scheduled seervice for the next day. I arrived at 8:00 AM and was greeted by Josh who promptly helped me and took the necessry information. He then then made arrangements to trasnsport me home. A little later, Josh called with the news that I had a defective tire (was ready to blow out). and that he recommended replacing 2 tires, and a front and back alignment as both needed adjustment. He also mentioned that the car should be ready later in the afternoon. I called arounhe bottom line was.d 3:00 PM to see how work was going and was told that they just had to do a road test and that it should be ready in about 1/2 hour. We were puilling intothe dealership to pick up the vehicle when Josh called on my cell phone to tell me that my car wasa ready. I entered service and Josh was ready for me with the paperwork. He explained to me what they had done (how bad the tire was) and what the price was. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost (465.00) as my wife had guessed about $750.00 and I had said we would be lucky if this was the amount. Driving home the car drove like it was new. I first went to Durand Chevy in 1998 to buy my first truck. I knew what vehicle I wanted and I called around to locate it, probably 6 dealers. Durand found my vehicle the next day with the exact specs that I gave them and their price was extremely competitive. I have since purchased 3 more vehicles from them - their Sales team is excellent and their service department is on top of things. They have never done any unexpected service work without first consulting with me and providing an estimate. They are also very friendly and honest. I always recommend Durand to my friends and I am sure I will purchase my 5th vehicle there when I'm ready. More
i purchased a 2004 malibu less than two weeks ago. When a problem arose, i called to have them look at the issue. Josh was on top of the issue from start to finish. I was very nervous about dealing with service at a dealership. However i will have no problem going back for anything just because of the way i was treated. I was recently in for an oil change and the service was outstanding, as usual. The professionalism of the employees was on point. They were helpful in explaining what I needed for service in terms I could outstanding, as usual. The professionalism of the employees was on point. I had my 1yo. son with me and the play area out front was perfect to keep him entertained while we waited for the work to be completed. When I called about the problem I was having they expalined that it was covered under an extended warranty and ordered the necessary parts right awya. When the part was in, they had me come in the same day andf made the replacement in very little time. Since it was under warranty, I can't tell musch about the pricing hence I rated it as OK. Overall it was a pleasnat exoerience to have the problem taken care of with no hassle. More
