I waited nearly 18 months for my Bronco and was not treated with the level of respect I would expect a customer to be treated. I was lied to several times about where employees were, when they would be treated with the level of respect I would expect a customer to be treated. I was lied to several times about where employees were, when they would be available, and what was being done to help me. I have redeemed several thousand Ford Pass rewards for seat covers and floor liners through other dealerships that are much less convenient to me because this place will never see my face or business again. The service manager Bruce is the only person who was helpful and I haven’t had any service related issues aside from the terrible customer service. I’m still waiting on a call back from GM Marty from a month ago. Do yourself a favor and buy your Ford somewhere else. More

I am retracting my 5 star review of this dealership since I was LIED to and DECEIVED by both Mark Singer and Jim Malloy. I purchased a vehicle which was, according to video walkarounds, was in excellent con I was LIED to and DECEIVED by both Mark Singer and Jim Malloy. I purchased a vehicle which was, according to video walkarounds, was in excellent condition. Far from it. I accepted their trade in of my vehicle, which really was, in excellent condition, as it was "what the wholesaler would pay" - guess what? It's on their lot for 4k more As for my purchase, ONLY because I complained, they funded initially the body repairs to be done by my indy shop. Mark, the used car mgr, first tried to hem and haw for the repair, and when I threatened for them to take the car back, he finally agreed. The car still needs approx 700.00 worth of front bumper repair, and the damage done to the original vehicle was more than anticipated. My attempts to reach Mark and Jim to cover the 700.00 added cost have gone silent. This is the dealership you will be dealing with. Now, I have to get my attorney involved, at added aggravation to me. Don't buy here. More
