The corrosion is not from the five month have tires and battery changed. They did tires not battery. Car is now dead because of corrosion on battery. The corrosion is not from the five months of ownership. It is obvious they did not check the battery as I requested. Who knows what else was not inspected. I called them to see if they would make good on this. There answer was you purchased a used truck. Cost me $204 to get the truck fixed. Guys beware of this dealer More

I took it to another dealership to get my oil changed and they said nothing... I asked them afterwards if they noticed anything odd underneath the car, they said no everything is tip top. This is actually like the 3rd time in that neighborhood, in a car place that I have been treated like an idiot and spoken down to because I am a woman. They were counting on that fact and assuming I would just say ok to fixing it... They also charged me over $100 just to look at two things on my car. They are a major rip off. Take your car somewhere else. They are the kind of place that gives dealerships a bad name. More

They told my wife it was done and she signed the paperwork and brought the car home. Something told me to check the dipstick and when I did I discovered that the oil was never changed. It was a quart and a half low on oil and the oil that was in it was filthy. I had to add oil to it till I got around to taking it somewhere else to get it changed. Meanwhile the change oil light came back on. The paperwork that the service desk gave my wife said they added 6 quarts of oil and a new filter. They never touched the oil and they even went as far as to put a reminder sticker on the windshield for when the next oil change is due indicating that they had changed it. I guess there is no such thing as a complementary oil change. More

Manager Mark was very professional and treated us with great respect as customer. I would recommend them to everyone. Please stop by at least once, if you are looking for good car buying experience. It's highly pissible you may not need to make any other stop at any other dealership. All other car salesmen should learn from them. Thank you Steve and Mark. More

After putting air in all the tires, the low tire pressure alarm still went off when I started my vehicle. I brought my car in for service on 1/9/17. Upon inspection by the service team, a small pinhole was discovered in my rear passenger side tire and was immediately repaired. I received a call in less than an hour informing that my vehicle was good to go. I can't tell you how reassuring it is to have a dealer and service center in such close proximity to my home. More
