I brought my car in for a 730am appt and I was a little worried it wouldnt be done that day. I had a list of things that needed to be done. Thankfully I got a text around 3pm saying it was ready for pickup worried it wouldnt be done that day. I had a list of things that needed to be done. Thankfully I got a text around 3pm saying it was ready for pickup! Only "complaint" I have is I have Honda care which is included in my monthly payment. Unfortunately when I received email for pickup it said I owed $228. I called and spoke to Brandon he was super nice about it. He said that the system doesnt let them know if a customer has Honda care. So I'm glad i inquired otherwise i would have paid the $228 amount. Sounds like there's a "glitch" in the system that needs to be fixed. Other than that everything was GREAT! More
