These people don’t care about their customers. My family was hit and our car was totaled. I called and offered to put down a deposit to hold the car and even filled out the finance application. We had an appointment in two days and they sold the car the night before. They ran my credit and then sold the car I was coming to get. Now my family has no car during a car shortage and they don’t care. I was just told it’s against their policy to hold a car. It’s sad that humans are so uncaring just so they can make some money a day earlier! I hope no one shops here. More
