Like many others, I don't particularly look forward to the car buying process, but David Millburn and his team did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about Subaru's and was up front with us concerning the price. Since we had already arranged a trade-in for our current vehicle with another dealership, David personally delivered our new vehicle to our home so that we could complete the exchange. Definitely recommend David and Dulles Subaru to any prospective buyer. More

I will never deal with these clowns again I had them install a helicoil a year ago and the only reason I had them work on my car in the first place is because I had no other choice. I was willing to give them a shot under the idea that not all dealerships can be as bad as they say. A year and 3k miles later, I go to change the spark plugs only to find that the helicoil has come out with the plug. I give them a call and they say they'll "take care of it" so, I limp my car over to them on 3 cylinders only to have them say they didn't do anything wrong when they "repaired" it the first time and that they wouldn't repair it again because it was out of their repair warranty. The only alternative they gave me was to replace the entire cylinder head. After speaking with the service manager and getting absolutely nowhere, I was told "If you are so knowledgeable, why don't you do it yourself?" I will never set foot in this dealership again knowing they employ such an inept staff. More

In this case, the event was made easy due to Jeff Sluss and Chalk. Jeff Sluss and Chalky made our purchase experience very easy. In fact it was excellent. Also, we were extremely impressed with the dealership facilities. Everyone was very nice and ready to help us in any way. As we walked around we were always greeted with a cheerful Hi. Refreshing! We will give this Legacy to our son when he leaves for collage in two years. Then, I will be in the market for another vehicle and you can count on my return business. More

Jeffrey Slusser, my salesman at Dulles Motorcars in Leesburg, VA, did a great job both in ultimately securing the vehicle that I described, and, also in making me feel confident that the price we agreed upon was fair. He did not employ high-pressure tactics, and was exceedingly patient in answering my questions. I do believe that the larger a dealership becomes, the harder everyone must work to foster those relationships that encourage customer loyalty. Jeffrey assured me throughout the process that we would find the car I wanted, and we would reach an agreement together. I appreciated his honesty and candor. My meetings with Brandy and Doug were also informative and friendly. Though we are only a few days in, my work with Dulles Motorcars has been stellar thus far! Thanks! More
