UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE TIME Normally am pleased with the service department. However, my July 1, 2015 8 a.m. service appointment (made the previous week) for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection was anything but pleasant. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. on the scheduled appointment day and was advised it would be a couple of hours for the work to be completed. I decided that rather than sit in the customer lounge, I would leave and asked that they call me when my Equinox was ready. When I had not heard from the service department by noon (four hours later), I called them and was told my SUV had not even gone in yet! They called me at 2:15 p.m. to say my SUV was ready for pick up. No apologies were offered. Unacceptable is an understatement!! Wonder how long it would have taken had I not had an appointment... Bulb replacement in headlight I had to have a bulb replacement in my headlight. Your cost $180.00, which I find ridiculously high. I had no other choice but to have this done. I had just spent $140.00 the week before on something that was fixed in the early winter...I contacted GM about this but there was nothing they could do to help me with cost ...as this is your fee not theirs. Knew the car inside and and out and although we had been looking for a few months was able to make the decision to purchase that day. He is eager and helpful and wonderful to work with. The finance department was clear and concise and explained everything to us. My only complaint is with the so called detailing they did on the vehicle. Not only did I have to take off work (live in Isle of Wight, work in Norfolk) but there was grass still on the carpet and a stain on the carpet that I had no trouble getting out when I got home. My husband waxed and cleaned the interior on Saturday (we got the car "detailed" on Friday June 26). The young lady in the service department was great and explained my Duke "rewards" card in detail. Overall experience was very good. More

Fantastic All I can say is that Duke Automotive and my sales person Maggie Kennedy are top notch! They went above and beyond to help me find my new vehicle and All I can say is that Duke Automotive and my sales person Maggie Kennedy are top notch! Best Car buying experience! ! I was impressed by the whole experience from my first contact with Steve via internet. To being greeted by Eric Cobb and his willingness to help me in I was impressed by the whole experience from my first contact with Steve via internet. To being greeted by Eric Cobb and his willingness to help me in anyway. The whole team was great Bruce and Don also. I liked the way they had the car pulled off lot with my name in it and the personalized name tags showing where everyone was from. I think toany big dealers are getting away from the personal experience. I will be back and I will be sharing my experience with DUKE. More
