I recently had my car serviced at Duke Automotive. The service I received stretched out for a while (parts availability) and through it all the service department was courteous, informative and helpful. I especially appreciate the interaction I was able to have with the shop foreman and lead mechanic. Very helpful.

The service at Duke Automotive in Suffolk, VA. was excellent upon arrival they checked me in right away and I was informed just how long it would take and I waited in the customer service lounge and all most to the minute of what I had been told they came in and notified me my car was ready. I got a State Inspection, Oil Change and Tire Rotation all of which were covered by a warranty that I purchased when I bought the car from Duke Automotive, Suffolk, VA. I would like to also add, I believe it was the owner who came in the Lounge checking on customers and thanking us for choosing Duke, that was an added bonus...I appreciate an owner who cares about her customers... My daughter and I drove 3 hours to test drive a car at Duke Chevrolet Buick GMC. The staff at Duke Chevrolet Buick GMC are the best. We were greeted at the door by Al Hicks and everyone we came in contact with greeted us with an smile and a handshake. Everyone made our experience a good one. Al Hicks was friendly, courteous, and answered all of our questions. We had the pleasure of meeting the President of the company, Mrs. Duke. She make our experience even better!
