Never got a call back I bought a car from this dealership and had a great experience till I needed service work on my car a few weeks later. Not only have they had my car f I bought a car from this dealership and had a great experience till I needed service work on my car a few weeks later. Not only have they had my car for over a week minor repairs (a new windshiled, key fob, and belt) but no one calls me back to notify me on the status of my car. Multiple times I have had to drive out there for them to tell me my car will be ready tommorrow and someone will call me. Well tomorrow comes and goes with no phone call and no update. This has happened 4 times to date and I still don't have my car and no one can tell what the status is on my car or when it might be done!!!! I am beyond upset and disappointed in this service department! More

Phyllis, the salesperson, was very pleasant and her vivacious personality made our visit enjoyable. She was easy to talk to and was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Once she found out the price range that we wanted to stay in, Phyllis immediately took action and did not hesitate to show us the best car on the lot within our budget. Also Mr. Don Kelly was very polite and professional. He worked diligently to give us a great deal on our financing. Mr.Kelly was also efficient and easy going like Phyllis but quick with the paperwork which made for a smooth transaction. Our overall experience was great. Everyone we met were cordial and respectful and eager to help us. Basically, if anyone is looking for a great deal on a great car from a great dealership then I would recommend Duke...Duke Automotive in Suffolk, Va. More

Looking back now, I should've made Duke my first c At first, I didn't consider going to Duke. I tried to purchase this truck from 2 other dealerships. Looking back now, I should've made Duke my first choice because the other dealerships wasted my time. One dealership who claims to have "southern hospitality" didnt care to sell me a $60k+ truck. The other dealership never called me back with an offer. After 2 weeks of frustration, I contacted Duke and told them I was in the market for a new truck and it most likely had to be built at the factory because of my options and color combination. After exchanging a few emails, we agreed upon a price. I went to the dealership the following week and ordered my truck. Mike Williams and Jerry Butler made this the most stress free car buying experience ever! Mike sent me weekly updates regarding my build and Jerry closed the transaction once it arrived. Duke automotive is a business that is very high on customer service and satisfaction. It really is "It's All About U"! at Duke! More
