Service is unacceptable borderline fraudulant Took a truck to service at Duke and it took them 4 days to look at it. Then for 1200 dollars claimed to do some work to it. (A quick google search of Took a truck to service at Duke and it took them 4 days to look at it. Then for 1200 dollars claimed to do some work to it. (A quick google search of symptom I am sure). I got the truck back, next day same problem. Very short on the phone to get the truck back up there once they had the money. Don't get service done here. I took the truck else where and they fixed for 200 dollars. Keep the money Duke. More

New vehicle purchase I was looking for a vehicle during a very frustrating time after my current vehicle needed more repairs than I was willing to do again.
