Excellent Customer Service Bought a used car from Duke and, unfortunately, the AC system developed a fault within the first 3 weeks. Duke were excellent, took the car back and Bought a used car from Duke and, unfortunately, the AC system developed a fault within the first 3 weeks. Duke were excellent, took the car back and arranged for the fault to be fixed by a local service center (albeit under the warranty that we had purchased with the car - but Duke did cover the co-pay), they also provided me with a free replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair. Slight hiccup with lack of communication on when the car would be ready, but I put this down to the service center not letting Duke know (as they were doing the work). Great service, great team and a very satisfied customer. (I haven't rated 'quality of work' as Duke did not carry out the repair) More

Car Buying Experience A most pleasant experience buying a car on Saturday afternoon. I knew what I wanted, we test drove it and I got a fair trade-in on my vehicle. Then we negotiated a price and Stan Bell sealed the deal. Don Kelly was most efficient in processing the sale. He did not try to strong-arm me when I declined extended warranty. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner. She was so warm and pleasant. The temperature was in the 90s and everybody offered water or a beverage. That went a long way toward putting me at ease. Thanks for a great experience. My only disappointment was in the washing- water spots on the black side panels and the inside was still dusty. These did not detract from my overall great experience.
