"Overall good Experience" I have had my vehicle serviced at Duke previously and was always treated with respect, fairness, and my best interest in mind. This made a good impression on me as to where to start in looking for another new vehicle. They were patient and took their time to show me several vehicles that may interest me until finalizing that decision. Through the entire process I was made to feel as though they were doing everything they could to work with me and help meet my needs; as opposed to trying to just push a sale. Basically, they made purchasing a new vehicle a pleasant experience, and not an annoying one. They've accomplished not only gaining a new customer; but, leaving an impression on me that when I need to look for a new vehicle,... "I know who I'll go to." More

Saleing process was the best I have experienced in 50 years I have tried for many years to purchase from this dealership unsuccessfully.
