Service good price not so much The service team was effecient and punctual however could not get past the astronomical cost of the service. All I needed was to get another key (which was 100 dollars over the factory market cost. Then the dealership essentially charges you twice to program keys. Once to erase codes and once to restore a process that only takes like half an hour. No AAA or military discount but at least the service provided was good. I will continue avoiding dealerships for as many things as I can as they are expensive as xxxx More

Went in for the first service Went there to get the first 5000 mile service on my brand new 2018 Camry As I got there to pick up my car, I saw the tire in the rear had a bump. Went there to get the first 5000 mile service on my brand new 2018 Camry As I got there to pick up my car, I saw the tire in the rear had a bump. I don't think that was the case when I dropped off the car. The service agent Jake mentioned he tried calling me about it - but I did not get any call. Anyhow, my point to him was the bump was not there when I dropped off the car. He didn't seem much interested to talk about it - and said they could have "me" buy the tire, if I need it. Why would I want to buy anything from them based on what happened on the 1st Service? More
