The service at this dealership is great! I am writing to commend Jonas Woodson for his high quality of customer service as my service representative. In September we had to get both our cars serviced as one was due for a minor 5K service an quality of customer service as my service representative. In September we had to get both our cars serviced as one was due for a minor 5K service and a larger 60K service. Rather than wanting to coordinate only having a single car for 2 different days or worrying about the shuttle time pickup/dropoffs, I called the Dublin Toyota Service Department and spoke with a service representative and asked if we brought in both cars for service on the same day if we could get a courtesy car for the day. I made my arrangement with Jonas Woodson who was very polite to me on the phone and answered my questions about the two service checkups that both cars were due for. He looked up both our cars one of which was under my last name and the other under my husbands. We made an appointment for an 8:30am drop off as well as for a courtesy car. The day of our service appointment we showed up early so that I could get to yoga class by 8:30am. My husband went to start the paperwork for the courtesy car and I went to start the paper work with Jonas. Jonas talked me through all the options for the 5K service and I decided with the middle tier option. And he also went over the 60K service for the other car. He asked us if we needed the vehicles done by any time. We did not, but I am sure that if we had a time constraint, he would have done his best to honor our request. Later in the day we got a call from Jonas who said our cars were ready. When we picked up the cars we got a one of the new Dublin Toyota service loyalty cards. At the payment counter Jonas explained that the system would only recognize one car at first but that we could log back in and add in the other vehicle and they would add in the points for the other car serviced. The card had a couple of problems with acknowledging our points but it was due more to the 3rd party system that Dublin Toyota was using. I emailed Jonas and he quickly responded and said he would look into it. He took care of making sure that we got our full credits for our service loyalty points and he did it professionally and promptly. He was super on top of it and he even gave us extra rewards points for our birthdays-- mine was the 12th of October and my husbands is the 6th. More

I have only positives so far with Dublin Toyota. Its been over one and half years doing service with my Cars. I have dealth with number of service assistants and managers. For two weeks the engine and VSC light keep coming on and off in my 2007 Avalon. My fiance took my car in on my behalf and spoke with Gene Ramirez. Gene performed a thorough check of my vehicle and determined that it was my catalyst converter. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty. Mr. Ramirez contacted the insurance company the next business day and ordered the part. Two days later, I was notified by the dealership's automated system that the part had arrived. I contacted Mr. Ramirez and made an appointment. My fiance took the car in again and now my car runs like new. It is apparent to me that Gene Ramirez takes pride in his profession and the end results are a satisfied customer More
The service department opened at 7:00. I was seen promptly by a service tech. This was for a 10,000 mile service. I was told it would take about an hour, but it only took 45 minutes. They have free bagels and coffee, free wi-fi, and flat screen TV. Waiting was enjoyable. Once completed the service tech came in and went over what they did and their findings. Highly recommend service by Dublin Toyota. More
I would like to say Mr. Eli Hays had changed my outlook toward the dealership. I had the impression that all services at dealerships cost more and I was warned to avoid them at all cost. And the price they charged was reasonable for what the had done for my car. More
