Could have been better Had to wait for service advisor. Different advisor brought back paper work at the end. Specifically brought car to Dublin because we had CilaJet put on car when we bought it. I was told they would check it after a year or two and take care of any minor scratches or marks. Told advisor and nothing was done or no note of any inspection. When told person he said that if I wanted cilajet done it would be another cost to me. I feel ripped off by getting the CilaJet,. Worst of all when car was returned it was parked poorly so the front end stuck out into the entrance to the service lane and a car backed into my car causing minor damage just as I was getting to my car. I talked to Marcus who said he was the service manager and he said he would talk to the person who parked the car, but did not seem really interested in solving the problem. On the positive side the service was done quickly while I waited. I felt there was very little personal interest in me. It was more like an assemble line process. More
