Worst ever I just visited the dealership today. It was the worst experience in my entire life. Before going there, my husband confirmed about the vehicle availab I just visited the dealership today. It was the worst experience in my entire life. Before going there, my husband confirmed about the vehicle availablity and apr they offer. When we reach there, they started to act like no communication happened before. We started to talk with Farhad as suggested in the text. Had some negotiations, but didn’t like their offer as they dont agree to apr. We tried to leave but Farhad bring his manager for negotiation. I didn’t want to run my credit but they convinced us to run it. At the end we still didn’t not like their offer they put on the table. All of sudden the manager tear off all the paperworks on the table and started acting very rudely saying you not going to buy any car. We were really socked. My husband got upset too saying it was very rude behavior and ask the manager’s name. But nobody provide his name. More

Returning from his home to dealership in Dublin @6:20 a.m. my car was involved in a 4 vehicle accident. It was totaled. I was asked to still pay repair bill of 694.94 before dealership would release my car to insurance company of insured that accepted liability for hitting my car, I was in shock as I know they received $1,000 for storage fee for 10 days. Talk about insult next to injury! I would have thought they'd have done everything to make me feel whole again, especially considering circumstaces. I had a six year history with Nissan dealership. Planned on buying another vehicle from them. Not now Not ever.. They have lost a customer for life! Shame on them. I was too nice. They took advantage. More

High Pressure doesn't begin to describe this experience. Jay took my Car keys from my car to do evaluation quote, which took 1/2 hour, All trying to soften me up for the Pressure to come. I had to request, if not beg for my keys back four times before they believed me when I said I would not purchase today the car they desperately tried to shove down my throat- wrong color! Horrible, degrading experience, High Pressure doesn't begin to describe this nightmare of a dealership! And the real sad thing is, I have purchased a car from this dealership before....Never again. Extremely disappointed with Service department The service department is very bad and I was extremely disappointed with my recent Service visit for Battery replacement and brake pads and Oil change The service department is very bad and I was extremely disappointed with my recent Service visit for Battery replacement and brake pads and Oil change. They brake one of my breaklight bulb during the service(battery replacement and break pads replacement). After the service, I came home and noticed one of the light stopped working and I reported the issue via email but there was no response. I have contacted online service rep via chat and explained the issue. Next day someone from service department has contacted me to schedule an appointment with Service adviser and promised that the issue will be taken care of since the brake light bulb broken/stopped working after the service visit(It was working fine before the service). I scheduled my appointment and went there but unfortunately the service adviser gave me an estimate quote of $169 for fixing the brake light bulb.I told him that I'm not paying anything since it was working fine before the service. Then the service adviser called the service manager , service manger was also not friendly and he said that the brake light can not be fixed without the charge. When I asked him that you guys break it and fix it then he said the light can brake anytime so it can't be fixed free even though It was very clear that one of the brake light was broken during their service for the battery replacement and break pads replacement. I'm not convinced with their explanation and I was not ready to pay $169 and wait for 4 hours for brake light bulb fix. I left the place and went to near by local mechanic(MIDAS), they fixed the brakelight for $25 within half hour!!! I would NOT recommend any of my friends to this place. More

Service department not very friendly I own a Nissan since Oct 2005, and always liked their way to take care of their customers. This dealership in Dublin doesn't care about your patronage I own a Nissan since Oct 2005, and always liked their way to take care of their customers. This dealership in Dublin doesn't care about your patronage at all. After the change of ownership in 2004, everytime I go there, either minor or major service, they always find a way to let me pay extra dollars. Especially if I do not need anything at all!!! They always find something (brakes, battery, shock, leaking of something). It's not really important if my car needs it. They just want my money. And even after fixed it, I call them because they mess up on something else, nobody takes care of my calls. Called at least 3 times, leaving name & phone number. Still waiting for Service Department to call me back!!! Forget it. They will not see me and my money anymore!!! More
