We had our vehicle serviced a few months back and they did a service recall repair and oil change even though we had low mileage. When they were done we went to pick up the car and they didn't know where it was on the lot. I took my extra remote and eventually found it. They never submitted the paperwork to Hyundai that the recall was taken care of. I had to jump through hoops to prove to them that it was done. I had the paperwork that showed it. I worked with corporate and sent them the info who in turn got it all resolved for me. This dealership never even called me back when I left messages about this concern. They were not like this when we purchased our vehicle from them in 2023. Because of issues with Hyundai as a whole we chose to get rid of our vehicle and go with another brand. We purchased an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle and in early December we filled out the paperwork for a refund that we are entitled to. Here we are two months later and finance can not tell us anything about where our refund is. We are continually told we will get back to you and that never happens. We have made an honest effort to call them and get this resolved, however they are not making an honest effort to get this resolved. We will never buy another vehicle from this dealer and are probably done with Hyundai as a whole. Something would be done a whole lot quicker if it was their money they were dealing with. More
They seem to think their customers can't do math and they will do anything to make it look like they are giving you a deal when in reality they are not. will do anything to make it look like they are giving you a deal when in reality they are not. More
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Dublin Hyundai service. I leased my Ioniq 6 last December, and at around 7,000 miles, the rear tire was ripped apart in middle of road in heavy traffic. I s Hyundai service. I leased my Ioniq 6 last December, and at around 7,000 miles, the rear tire was ripped apart in middle of road in heavy traffic. I spent $500 replacing the tires at American Tire. I reported the issue to Dublin Hyundai in August during my service appointment, where they performed a multi-point inspection but never mentioned anything about the wheel alignment. Just two months later, at 9,000 miles, the new tires were completely worn down. When I brought it in, they claimed it might be due to wheel alignment. Despite having a factory warranty, they insisted that the issue was caused by external factors and refused to honor the warranty. Instead, they quoted me $1,000 for wheel alignment and the replacement of both tires. I tried to argue, but they were firm in blaming me and refused to offer any discount. I then took my car to American Tire in Dublin, and they were sympathetic to my situation. They offered a significant discount and fixed the issue, charging me just $450 for the wheel alignment and both tire replacements. Additionally, my passenger door handle became faulty, and when I requested warranty coverage, they gave me the same excuse — it was caused by "external factors" and wouldn't be covered. They quoted me $1,250 for repairs. In my experience, Dublin Hyundai service seems to prioritize making money off customers rather than honoring factory warranties or addressing legitimate concerns. Their management should focus more on customer satisfaction. I will never return to Dublin Hyundai service again. More
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We had concerns about a questionable authorization done by management for repairs. It took us several hours to be seen by anybody, and when the manager Weis finally came to talk to us he was condescending, dismissive, and instead of working with us towards a solution he told us, “File a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repairs” and promptly left the office without saying anything else. This was done in front of staff and customers. This behavior is appalling and we will not be returning. I recommend everyone avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Purchased a used Kona EV last November to take advantage of the tax rebate. The car needed a tail light repaired so they included that in the purchase. Service department was very good to work with and took of the tax rebate. The car needed a tail light repaired so they included that in the purchase. Service department was very good to work with and took care of that (I even got a nice loaner EV). Shoutout to the GM, Ryan, for jumping through hoops to clarity the regulations and submit the paperwork, for Adil in Finance for making the finance process pretty painless (and for helping with the paperwork afterwards) and for Aaron for the help coordinating with Service. Buy your next Hyundai somewhere else. Very deceitful and dishonest. Paid for Elantra in full and then was told deal was canceled. I picked up a car at Dublin Hyundai last year. I bought many cars at their place. I was pressed this time, and we managed the purchase via email. I trusted them not to give me a lousy car since I I bought many cars at their place. I was pressed this time, and we managed the purchase via email. I trusted them not to give me a lousy car since I had already worked with them and with the same people. I was moving out of state, so the night before I left, they brought me the SUV, which we discussed through photos. I was in a hurry, did an improper inspection, and signed the paperwork. It was my mistake to trust them. The car was heavily scratched on the front and badly painted. I called them before I left and said, I know it is my fault for not seeing these, but I just wanted to determine if my son, had received the scratches. I said I wouldn't complain because it was my fault for not checking. They refused to confirm or deny. So I went from Dublin, CA, to Salt Lake City, Utah, around 800 miles. Once there, I went to a local Hyundai dealership because the car slipped on the motorway a few times. I was told the tires were faulty and I had to buy some new ones. And I take it that here in Utah, you have to replace all the tires on a CR-X if you're going to replace one tire. I was also informed that the brakes were faulty. I had the car for less than a week, and The dealership said that Dublin Hyundai sold me a warranty for $1500, which could only be used at the Dublin location in California. So I would have to return to Dublin for the warranty service. They knew I was moving out of the state, so I asked them to find me a car. I immediately called the loan officer and the seller about it, and I texted them, and nobody called me back. Unfortunately, even after several successful transactions, the dealership failed to provide me with the level of service and honesty I deserved. It's never okay for a company to take advantage of their customers, and I'm sorry I trusted them. I wrongly assumed that we had built a trustworthy business relationship. I'm not buying from Dublin Hyundai anymore. More
