Excellence in customer service I've been having my car serviced at this location for approximately 7 years and during that time I've seen Service advisors come and go. I've dealt with some good, fair and a couple just horrible. However during this time Ernie Avalos has remained a constant. He is always patient,polite, accommodating in every way.
