Worst experience ever!!! We have been long time clients of this dealership and went in to trade in and buy another Escalade. We had our three children with us (ages 8,10 and We have been long time clients of this dealership and went in to trade in and buy another Escalade. We had our three children with us (ages 8,10 and 12) and because the dealership wanted the sale so bad, they made us wait over 6 hours before the transaction was completed. We continually were asking what was taking so long and it was one excuse after another. We did not eat and the kids were (although were amazing and well behaved) were tired and frustrated also. The worst experience ever. I would not recommend this dealership ever. More
