1-star This company left me with a broken vehicle that still isn’t fixed. My 2019 Honda Pilot has been completely unusable since July 10, 2026 due to repeated transmission failures under the SilverRock w still isn’t fixed. My 2019 Honda Pilot has been completely unusable since July 10, 2026 due to repeated transmission failures under the SilverRock warranty. They’ve installed multiple replacement transmissions and the problems keep coming back. I was told the vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up, it still wasn’t — more work was needed and warning codes appeared as soon as I tried to drive it. I had to return it right away. Even after escalating the issue, I still don’t have a completion date. I’ve been passed between the finance company and the warranty team with no clear answers. Meanwhile I continue making payments on a vehicle that remains broken and unavailable. I’m just asking for either a properly repaired vehicle, a comparable replacement, or a fair resolution so I’m not stuck paying for something I can’t use. So far none of that has happened. More
