My wife and I completely understand that the vans most likely represent less than 5 percent of the demographics in western Washington state, despite the fact that we have the Army, Air Force, Marines and Navy in our backyard not to mention all the veterans who have made this area their home. Nevertheless, it would do their customers a hand-up if all Toyota dealerships provided hands-on training (e.g., 1-2 service specialists and 2-3 mechanics) with every major access mobility location in the area (i.e., United Access), and maybe even provided a relative dealer incentive to encourage Toyota’s franchises to make this training and service a normal part of their service operations. Given their specialized expertise, the service specialists and mechanics would only need to familiarize themselves with the modifications each Sienna Van undergoes (btw, Braun Ability has a fantastic video demonstrating this modification) along with first-hand experience operating all variations of the access ramps being offered (e.g., passenger side fold-out, in-floor ramps, manual rear fold-out ramps, etc.). This coordinated familiarization with local accessible dealers should not take much time. Moreover, this initiative on Toyota’s behalf would only strengthen the long-standing corporate business relationship Toyota has with companies like Braun Ability. Additionally, if management and/or franchise owners in could actually visit the factory where the modifications occur, that would only temper the validity of cooperation between these entities and forge a positive relationship in the accessible community—a bond that is somewhat lacking, even absent, in today’s market. And considering the scope of this logistical endeavor and what it will actually accomplish, it is in the best interests of everyone affected, from Toyota Corporate to local dealerships to their clients. Again, this gesture will only strengthen Toyota's commitment to ALL their customers; something they can allude to in their marketing. And let me also say that Toyota's Sienna is the very best conversion compared to their other competitors, not only in drivability and simplicity, but also in value. The service specialist was rude and condescending. Found an issue with my car after a software update, called in for advice and they won't admit that issue may be caused by the update although I have found other people on different forums reporting the same thing. I offered to send in my findings for them to take a look first but they refused. The fix was simply to disconnect the battery and reconnect it, but if I take it to the service center they will charge you $200+ for fee (as there will be no way to prove the issue was due to the software update). A little more politeness and understanding would be appreciated. It may be inevitable that they can't offer guarantee via the phone, but the attitude of the specialist was rude, telling me if I have a way to fix it at home then I can do that. If you have no issue with your car, you'd probably be ok with this dealership. More
Dear Toyota consumer I am just sharing my experience with this dealership and it is up to you if you consider it. As always when you walk in to ask for information everyone is really friendly and extrem with this dealership and it is up to you if you consider it. But after they closed my deal a couple days later I went back and started making questions specially because on the closing day I walked out with no copies of what I signed. So, this manager I did talk to on the day of signing, when I came back instantly took an attitude and asked "excuse me, who are you"... My bad! they don't know who you are and why you're questioning what you signed. I basically got an invitation to walk out and never come back ever again. Take your time before you sign! And if you need to get out and breathe, do it! Or don't even go there, because you'll become just a stranger More
I took my vehicle to Doxon for a transfer case service and an oil change, and it was a terrible experience. First, during their multi-point inspection, they somehow got rocks and leaves into my blower and an oil change, and it was a terrible experience. Instead of taking responsibility, they were rude and condescending, blaming me for having leaves in my cabin air filter—despite the fact that I bought the vehicle just a month ago with all filters replaced. I have paperwork to prove it, and I had zero issues before bringing it to them. Later, when I went to another shop for a transmission service, I found out that Doxon botched my transfer case service. It was leaking badly because they didn’t replace the gaskets and overfilled it! I strongly do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Grant was especially rude and condescending. If you have issues with them, file a complaint with the BBB—they won’t take you seriously otherwise. More

I bought a 2016 Ford Escape from them for $14,000, and after just 4 months, the car breaks down with major issues. I’m now stuck paying $6,000 for repairs that should not have been necessary for a car that’s barely been driven. What’s even worse? I reached out to the dealership multiple times, hoping for some accountability or assistance. **No response.** They took my money and disappeared, leaving me to foot the bill for a car that clearly wasn’t worth the price they charged. Now, with $6,000 in repairs, I’ve essentially paid **$20,000** for a car that’s still not reliable, when I could have spent that money on a newer, better vehicle. This is an absolute scam. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealership that actually cares about their customers and stands behind their products. I’ll never be back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows how poorly I was treated here. More
