Let me start off with the good. Had an incredible experience with the sales associate Liliana. She was professional, courteous, and patient. Every other individual that I dealt with was ac complete nightmare. Which is why this will be a thorough review. The few times that I had spoke with D'angelo, whether over phone or in person, felt like a total drag. He seemed annoyed that I wanted information regarding the vehicle I had ordered and proceeded to make it my fault when he was unable to contact me(even though he has my email, phone, and voicemail access). I'm pretty sure he was leading my overall vehicle process but was an absolute pain in the xxx to deal with. So much so, that I began not wanting to call and even ask about the progress of my vehicle. When I finally went in to pick up my vehicle, the whole process felt scummy and dishonest. The finance personnel couldn't explain to me the details of an ELO GPS requirement which cost around $800. For some reason there were a ton of added components that I didn't ask for which were forced into the cost of the total vehicle and had a lackluster explanation. When I proceeded to ask questions about the additions, the woman overseeing the financing contract became frustrated. I guess we're expected to just shut up and pay money without understanding what we are paying for right?! On top of that, she showed me my credit score which was incorrect!! I proceeded to pull up my cell phone and show her the correct credit score, at which she became once again frustrated. All in all, the entire experience felt deceitful, frustrating, and downright awful. I was made to feel like a nuisance when I had a question or concern. Ford genuinely needs to find a way to skip the middle man (like Tesla) and shy away from dealers, otherwise risk a tarnished reputation as a result. More
I negotiated a deal with Sebastian Gutierrez on a car to be shipped to me. When the paperwork arrived, he’d added on $1,200 worth of extras. I had it call David hall to find out when my oil change was due and he told me just let the oil light come on that will cause my car to blow up. And then it’s the 3rd thin that I’ve had to replace my righ was due and he told me just let the oil light come on that will cause my car to blow up. I went there to look at an SUV that was priced at just under $21,000. They first quoted me a price that was right around $24,000 before tax. I pulled up their own website and said that's not right. Then after speaking to a manager they came back with the sales price that was online. After all the taxes,fees,insurance,warranty, and add ons to the car they said it would be a little over $31,000. Ridiculous. Also I mentioned several times I didn't want my credit ran and they acted like a soft credit check would not get me an accurate interest rate at all. So they came back with a 12.99% interest rate. I told them I didn't want the things they added on and of course they said the most expensive add on, the navigation that was almost $900 couldn't be removed. I told them I don't want a $3000 truck warranty, a 5 year car doc fee of almost $1400. They came back the second time only removing the gap insurance and dropping the interest rate to 7.99% interest rate. So a car that started off at $20,966 after all their taxes fees and ad ins was $29,171.25. I don't know if it's because I was a young woman by myself but I don't appreciate the games and blatantly trying to get thousands of more dollars out of me. I definitely won't be purchasing from them or recommend anybody go there. More
