Horrible service experience. Dropped my car off to have a abs light inspected and also a brake inspection. After the diagnosis I stated I would do the work myself and buy the parts. I payed for the diagnost abs light inspected and also a brake inspection. After the diagnosis I stated I would do the work myself and buy the parts. I payed for the diagnostics and when i went to drive out of the lot my car would barely stop and the abs light was worse. then i agreed to do the service there instead of paying for a tow...1100 dollars and 2 days later the truck was no different. Very Very soft braking and abs light still flashing. Cant help but think it was a way for the tech to rack up service bills and make more money off me but it could be an honest mistake. Either way I payed a lot of money for a car that went from having an issue to now borderline undriveable because it takes very very long to stop. Service advisors seemed cool and also frustrated for my issue and didn't seem to try and upsell me in any way like other places but they aren't the ones working on the vehicles. More

Kevin is very good at bait and switch. And has very poor customer relations., Goldee also talks a good game but doesn’t follow thru..... Takes over 2 weeks to get an appointment First oil change and it took 2.5 weeks to get an appointment... and for no specific time. So after waiting 2.5 weeks for the appointment, I still had First oil change and it took 2.5 weeks to get an appointment... and for no specific time. So after waiting 2.5 weeks for the appointment, I still had to wait almost 3 hours for a simple oil change. No planning at all on their part. I chalked it off as a one-off issue and the fact that it was "just an oil change" being the issue. But 30 days later when my truck was leaking oil - it took 3 weeks to get an appointment. Seriously... 3 weeks. Go somewhere else for service if you need something done. Otherwise, plan to make routine maintenance appointments weeks or months in advance. More

He made the deal happen which I didn't think was possible. He was very straight forward and did not pull any punches. He was up front with the facts throughout the transaction. The management was also very easy to deal with and very respectful. I would also mention that Ashley was the first person I dealt with over the phone and she was very knowledgeable and I also would credit her for this great experience at Dover Dodge. I would not have even come into the dealership if it weren't for my discussion with her. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Dodge/Chrysler/Ram/Jeep truck or car and looking to make a great deal. More
Terrible terrible terrible service I bought a new 2017 ram power wagon , after 2 weeks transmission went. Now couple months later only 7k miles trans went again. The pawned me off on paramus dodge , they have no loaner vehicles , I have no vehicle for my buisness; I will be contacting "7 on your side " and getting the owner "eric nielson"involved.
