I have been working with the entire service staff at Dover Dodge for years now. Recently I had some warranty work done on my vehicle. My 2007 has never been anywhere but the dealership for service. Years ago, bad experiences with another dealership brought me to Dover. The customer service is great. Being a woman, it was my experience a service. Years ago, bad experiences with another dealership brought me to Dover. The customer service is great. Being a woman, it was my experience at another dealership that car repair was apparently too hard for me to understand and I got lousy service. At Dover, customer service does not stop after the sale. It was a small thing the parts department did that brought me here and the constant excellent service that keeps me here and recommending the place to friends and family. I plan on buying another car early this year and will be back. More
Tom and the service crew went above and beyond on this visit. They not only diagnosed and repaired what needed to be fixed, they set me up with a punch list of items to be proactively serviced in the mont visit. They not only diagnosed and repaired what needed to be fixed, they set me up with a punch list of items to be proactively serviced in the months ahead, based upon the mechanic's experience as opposed to those mindless bloated service plan. Tom and the guys earned my trust and I don't dole that out without good reason. I'm not a individual who likes to write reviews. I honestly prefer being a grouchy pain in the butt. I figure I owe them a shout-out for being factory certified professions that not only flawlessly fixed what was wrong with my vehicle, they went out of their way to explain what to take care of next and why it needs to be looked at. They'll be seeing my scowling face in January, when they take a look at my rear brakes. More

Very scary experience, sad to say but someone that is not as careful probably bought the Ram 1500 that I almost bought. After looking at several 1500's I found a low mile truck that looked relatively clean. When I started it, it seemed to idle high longer than it should have. I questioned it and was told they would bring it to the shop and hook it up to the computer and see what was up. Great! I called back the next morning to see what codes popped up and was told none. I asked them (Larry) to put in writting that if and when I take it to another shop and they find that the codes were reset they would take the truck back. At that point, I was told by the used car sales manager (Larry) that I should be more trusting. Clear your eyes from tears you have from laughing so hard because this is the best part. They agreed to let me bring the truck to get looked at which I did. There were 3 codes that were not ready yet. They could have easily explained them by telling me they needed to disconnect the battery for service or the battery died and they needed to jump start the truck etc... They choose to say they didnt see anything. In my mind that means they cleared codes. I wish I lived in a world that I could trust people Larry but unfortunately we do not. Be informed and careful! I do feel bad for Eddie the sales guy he was very friendly and lacked the steriotypical used car salesmanship that was overflowing in the rest of the building More

Although they didn't have a truck that I was interested in on the lot, they had an "inventory specialist" work with me to find the Ram 1500 that I wanted. The dealing went rather smoothly, although they spoke quickly and I got a little lost in the numbers (probably a sales tactic). After signing initial papers, they had the truck delivered from another dealership quickly, and I was driving off the lot a few days later. Overall, a very good experience, though they seem a little "over-eager" to make a sale....the inventory specialist asked "what will it take to get you into this truck" which has always seemed a little desperate to me. Either way, I am happy with the transaction and experience. More
