What I have learned is that there is no cookie cutter deal, dealership or sales person. Most recently I had the pleasure to work with Anthony Petrullo. He stayed late to assist me when my first sales person had another customer so I didn’t have to wait. Anthony took my wants and needs seriously and found the perfect car for me (bells, whistles, and practical). I was able to trade in my current vehicle a whole year before most dealerships would consider a trade-in and upgrade the type and style of vehicle. What I loved the most about my experience with this dealership is that there is no pressure to sign an agreement you are not ready for. Would never buy a car here again I had the worse experience here. Purchased a new Chrysler 200 - not only did they lie about the payment. Contracts were printed 3 times and had to be I had the worse experience here. Purchased a new Chrysler 200 - not only did they lie about the payment. Contracts were printed 3 times and had to be resigned. The payment that we agreed the 3rd contract had a higher payment amount. Get it together people!!!! It took 3 weeks for me to get a second key....... And to boot - asked the dealership why I never received a packet from the bank and no response - well guess what, payment is due today so I have to be inconvenienced to call the bank and gather all the information to make the payment that the dealership who made the sale should've helped with. Very lazy and definitely not motivated individuals!!! Sorry I will not recommend or purchase other vehicle here!!!! More
