An unfortunate incident happened in March 2016 with my "certified used" fabulous purchase of my 2013 Ram 1500....( Many thanks to Joe P. and Peter M.! An unfortunate incident happened in March 2016 with my "certified used" fabulous purchase of my 2013 Ram 1500....(sold to me by Anthony P...an amazing salesman who has moved on)...in the end Peter did the right thing and I left with a new 2016 Ram 1500! Thank you to Joe P who is an awesome salesman and did everything right to get us in our new truck the same day. Never thought we would drive out with a NEW 2016 that looked exactly like my 2013, of course the new features in the 2016 were a bonus! Joe went the distance to make sure that my 2016 Ram was everything I wanted, the running boards are awesome! I am truly grateful that the dealership heard my concerns and valued my business enough to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Over the Memorial Day Weekend , we purchased our 6th car from them , and this time it was even easier than in the past . Called J.C. , inquired about a Wrangler and what we wanted to do with our 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk. ,The options he explained were well within our plans and we said we would be up the next day . By the time we arrived , he had several cars for us to look at , picked one out and within 2hrs , Trailhawk turned in , and drove out in a 2016 Wrangler Sport Unlimited . The greatest part is everyone knows us and were on a first name basis with them all .. Dover Dodge/Jeep will be the only place we buy and service our cars More

Great Sales Rep Will W., but watch out for the Finance Dept. In the 1st week of May 2016, I bought a 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad (certified pre-owned for the wife) mainly because my Sales Rep Will W. was great In the 1st week of May 2016, I bought a 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad (certified pre-owned for the wife) mainly because my Sales Rep Will W. was great to work with. He was very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. (see Will if you go here) But watch out once you go into the finance dept. as my Fin. Rep added on additional warranties that he said was mandatory (they weren't) and also raised my financing rate higher then what I already agreed on. Then he talked me out of having him fish with the other banks for the rate I was promised because it would really hurt my credit report he said. More
