After the treatment we received at Doug’s Hyundai, we found ourselves at Lynnwood Honda and bought a nice Pilot (their establishment was extremely professional)! Do better Doug’s Hyundai. We came all the way from Kitsap county under the guise of “We will take care of you!” You just lost a potential new customer. More

When my wife and I decided to downsize from two vehicles to one, we decided to look into purchasing a hybrid. We visited many dealerships while test-driving numerous vehicles. We were fortunate to find Yohan Bong/Salesman at Doug's Hyundai. We explained our needs and he LISTENED. He suggested the Tucson hybrid, and we took it for a drive. When we told him we liked it, he patiently explained the most relevant of the (hundreds) of features and outlined the sale process. This was somewhat more complicated than usual because the Tuscon we wanted was a demo and it was necessary to comply with certain guidelines. He kept us informed every step of the way and fulfilled every commitment he made. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout our relationship. In fact, on the day we picked up the vehicle he presented us with new floor mats and a cargo net - items that do not always arrive from the manufacturer. Very kind. While arranging our financing we were fortunate to meet David Suy - has was every bit the competent and courteous gentleman we found in Yohan. He was clear, straightforward, and relaxing to deal with. He also fulfilled every promise he made. Heck of a good sense of humor too. And when we decided to get the chip package, David included a couple of extras for us. We requested the installation of a trailer hitch and wiring harness. Yohan introduced us to members of the Service and Parts department, all of whom were friendly and competent, while we completed the necessary paperwork for the hitch. Because our transaction was a bit more complicated than usual, we also met with Young, the Sales manager several times. And yes, he was equally friendly and competent. We are grateful we had the good fortune to find Yohan Bong, David Suy, and Young. These gentlemen were uniformly honest and truly a pleasure to work with throughout our relationship. They continually surprised us by going above and beyond what we expected. The next time we are contemplating a new vehicle, we will most certainly look up these gentlemen at Doug's Hyundai first. The sales person was inexperienced but friendly. Make sure to read all the paperwork as they will not go over them with you and don't sign until you verify what the car price really is. I don't recommend this place but I am glad I got a car I liked. Honestly if they had gone through all the paperwork I wouldn't have bought it. Used a "total price" instead of the actual car sales price. Never assume how much the tax/fees and warranty would be yourself and verify everything. The sales manager basically took the car price we agreed on from the extended warranty price. Dealers can mark up the warranty price as high as they want. I felt bad for the finance person as they lost their commission. I would avoid this place. Their justification is that they aren't responsible for going over paperwork. Maybe it's just a courtesy that actual good dealerships do to go over paperwork with you. It's still my fault for not going over everything myself. So word of advice if you go here which I don't recommend: Go through everything and don't sign unless it's very clear. My mother was actually looking at a new Hyundai and talked with one of the sales reps on the floor but I told her to stay away from this place as it's shady. More
