I took my Subaru into a dealership where they informed me, it would cost over $600.00 to fix the tail gate, so I went to Subaru in American Fork for help. As soon as I walked into the dealership, Blaine was coming towards me welcoming me and asking what he could do to help me. He listened to my concerns and suggested solutions. He listened. I left that day with a 2021 Ascent and couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the quality of purchasing experience I had there. Then the time for the first servicing arrived, and Ashlyn from the service department made me feel like family from the moment she said Hello and Welcome. She made the entire service process easy to understand, quick to do, and she kept me appraised of my Ascent's status all the way through through text messages. She explained the service invoice and answered all my questions. My sister-in-law, Jeani Colwell, bought her Subaru at Doug Smith Subaru, and she recommended coming here. She was right. We will be back and have already recommended this place to others. Great customer service! More
