From the moment we walked into Doug Smith Subaru, we felt like valued guests, not sales targets. Garett Johnson was exceptional from start to finish, warm, knowledgeable, and refreshingly low pressure. He answered every question with patience and clarity, making sure we felt confident and informed throughout the process. Thanks to Garett and the stellar team behind him, we drove away in a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Crosstrek Sport that exceeded our expectations, both in quality and value. The deal was fantastic, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the entire experience felt tailored to us rather than scripted. If you're shopping for a Subaru, do yourself a favor and head to Doug Smith. And when you do, ask for Garett Johnson. He deserves every bit of praise, but credit also goes to everyone involved in the sale. They were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind. Appreciated the good service from advisor Cody - we will be back! But, did not like being approached by third party window sales.
Recently we purchased a driver's bottom seat cover for a Subaru Outback. The price was high, but assume dealers are high, but got a price to install which was $242, again high, but it's a dealer. When we got back from vacation I called to arrange the installation and was told the price would be $545!!! this is almost double and when I reminded them it was the bottom seat only, I was told this was the price period.... I got it installed at an upholstery shop for $120... far cry from $545... Shame on you Doug Smith.. never again.
My husband worked there for almost 18 years in the service department they were an awesome place to work so they must be an awesome dealership. I have known these awesome people for years. I wasn't going anywhere else.
My car dealer was fantastic. He listened and never pressured me. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will probably come back for my next car.
We purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership. Caitlin was awesome. She was knowledgeable about cars and very helpful finding one that fitted our needs. Totally recommend coming Doug Smith Subaru!
