The service center here is a complete joke. Took over a week to NOT even look at my car. Then said nothing was wrong with it when there is a terrible, loud, grinding noise every time I turn the wheel. week to NOT even look at my car. The manager, Chris, mocked my wife on the phone when she implied that they were incorrect in their assessment. Chris, "the manager", then said he would not be fixing our car and said we could pick it up. My wife is not an impolite person, this was not a screaming match. It was my wife being upset about the wait and the "assessment" and him saying "nevermind we are not fixing it." I only buy fords. Have my whole life. Only take them to dealerships for quality work. This is the worst Ford service center, with the worst management, in the state. Hands down. Will never go back and will make sure no one I know ever goes as well. More
