What Others Say

I recently purchased an F150 from Dorian Ford. Joe Lapinski was my sales person. He made sure the entire process, start to finish, was smooth, stress-free, and expeditious. Joe’s approach and demeanor is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. NOT pushy, And not that dirty car salesman you need to shower after talking to. He found me the right vehicle, at the right price. Cheers Joe, you’re a good human being and you will see me again! J

Doug: The Ultimate Professional From our first conversation, Doug demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that set him apart. He took the time to listen to my needs, guiding me through the various F-150 models and packages without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. His extensive knowledge of Ford trucks was impressive, and his passion for helping customers was evident in every interaction. Purchasing my new Ford F-150 from Doug at Dorian Ford was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you’re in the market for a truck, look no further than this dealership and Doug’s outstanding service.

Had my 2012 explorer in for service for transmission issue and a noise coming from the passenger front of vehicle when turning the steering wheel side to side. Was told by the service writer that my extended Ford power train warranty would more than likely cover all my issues knowing that the power train warranty does not cover suspension and steering. According to the dealer they’re all trained and certified through Ford to do their job for warranty work. but I would have to approve $220 for diagnosis to start incase they did not cover the issue. After waiting a week I got a call back from the dealer. Go figure they lied and the noise when turning the steering wheel “steering wheel” was not covered and could not verify the trans issue. Then quoted me $2000 to replace the struts staying both struts were binding and bad. And we would have to pay for the 10 days of rental car. I declined the work. After going over the rental agreement and finding nothing about having to pay for the rental contingent to finding a warrantable claim I called back to tell them that that’s not in the rental contract and was never told this upon getting the rental and should not have to pay for the rental. They then told me they verified the shifting issue. And that that would be covered. Something didn’t seem right so I had my husband call. He was a ford senior, master technician for the past 18 years after finally leaving the dealer because of how the incompetent service riders and service manager screwing their technicians. The service writer told my husband the same thing they told me. When he asked what kind of diagnosis they did they told him they lift it on the hoist for inspection. He asked for some help with the diagnosis fee for just having to lift it on the hoist and that he felt they didn’t do that. They told him there was nothing they could do to help out with the diagnosis fee the technician had to be payed for his time to diagnose the noise they had to put it up on the hoist to inspect it. They couldn’t explain to him how that technician missed the transmission fluid leak that was bad enough to make my transmission slip and shift hard. So this would tell me the first technician never lifted it on hoist for the inspection and diagnosis. And quoted a bunch of part that did not need replacing. We proceeded to go pick up the vehicle and talk to the service writer and service Maniger but by the time we got there both were gone so we left a message for the manager that we were not happy and had some concerns and would like to talk to him. The next day the service manager called my husband and he explain are concerns and still refused to help with the 220 diagnostic fee. And then hung up on my husband after he asked to make sure my Email address and street address were correct so we got the customer Survey and said it may or may not be satisfactory. The same day my husband fixed the noise coming from the passenger by replacing the strut bearing. No need to replace both struts

Friendly, clean and very accommodating. Our salesman, Doug Hawkins was excellent and handled everything for us.
