The lease process went smoothly from start to finish. Roy (sales) contacted me a few months prior to my lease turn in date. The new F150 was ordered exactly how I requested and delivered on time. Drove from NY to buy a used Ranger I’d been looking for over the course of a couple months. Everyone was great and helped with issues with the title company not getting my registration and plates before m over the course of a couple months. I bought a car from them out of state because it was the exact car I was looking for. It took a while for the salesman to take me seriously (I was only getting one or two word replies when I asked a questio exact car I was looking for. It took a while for the salesman to take me seriously (I was only getting one or two word replies when I asked a question-I hate that). Eventually he took me seriously and started to work with me when I agreed to their price and gave them a deposit. I definitely got the feeling they were not used to dealing with someone out of state. Paid for an independent inspector to look at it just to verify it’s condition. I did get the car, had it delivered (I arranged for transportation and paid the transport company directly) and even got the paperwork overnight after it wasn’t in the glove box. Didn’t want to drive it until I could prove I actually owned it. Maybe the next out of state customer will have smooth sailing now that they have some experience. If you walk in to their dealership you will probably have a good experience as they have been around a while and they sound like a decent dealership to do business with. More
