Very disappointed, upset and saddened by how the staff treated me. Very regretful for having put my trust in them. Although I was loyal to Doral/Esserman Acura, even going back a third time, my loyalty treated me. Very regretful for having put my trust in them. Although I was loyal to Doral/Esserman Acura, even going back a third time, my loyalty was NOT AT ALL corresponded. Yes, I'm a sitting duck when it comes to such deals and too trustworthy for my own good. I wish the staff had been on my side and appreciated my loyalty, thereby choosing to use their knowledge and experience to guide, advise and support me. No courtesies at all! Instead, unfortunately, they literally treated me like a sitting duck and TOOK ADVANTAGE of my gullibility and of the trust that I placed in them. I later received a survey, which I submitted, but not even that was considered...no one called me. To me, Doral Acura ended up proving to be a disreputable, unprofessional and uncaring dealership. When I said that I should have gone to another dealer, the Manager replied with the following comment: "If that's what you think then you should have." When I said that an acquaintance of mine was a lot better treated at another Acura, the Sales Consultant said: I'm sure that he paid very well for that treatment." Both of their comments were made in a sarcastic tone. More

Went to this dealership to purchase an Acura Integra type s, after I explained to the salesman , Pedro , that I have been hunting for this car for a while from the very beginning I don’t think he took me ser s, after I explained to the salesman , Pedro , that I have been hunting for this car for a while from the very beginning I don’t think he took me seriously at first as he was giving me regular old salesman pitches. There was another salesman names Julio that was pretty knowledgeable about the car and it was nice to talk to him. Another fat man from the offices came out and turned the music up on a portable speaker so loud that I could not hear the insurance agent on the phone giving me a quote, when I asked him to turn it down a bit he refused and told me to go outside, very disrespectful, I did not get his name But all around this dealership engages in predatory business practices by adding on about $5000 in additional packages I didn’t ask for as well tacking on a dealer mark up of $5000 , which they instantly cut by half to 2500 once I told them I’m not doing that , so I know that markup is just the dealership being greedy , I explained to the manager , Abdel that I would not deal with any dealership that engages in predatory practices and that this car is just sitting on dealer lots unsold and that there is no market basis for a markup in these circumstances, which he followed by basically telling me to leave, when I told him I’d be writing a review he sent me an interesting text message which I will attach. Salesman were decent but the people running the show are just greed driven not consumer focused. If looking for an Acura especially a higher end type s model do not go to this dealer , they are just focused on bleeding the consumer dry More
