I always request Saili and she has been wonderful to our family for years. Julian was great and of great assistance when I recently left my daughter’s car seat in the loaner vehicle. He tracked it down and made sure it was at the cashier for me to pick up at my convenience. Great product and great service keep me coming back. Five stars!!!!!!! More

Exceptional service - fixed in 2 days as promised My 2018 ILX broke down on the highway. Got a tow to Esserman, met Julian, who gave me a loaner, took care of the problem and had be back in my car in My 2018 ILX broke down on the highway. Got a tow to Esserman, met Julian, who gave me a loaner, took care of the problem and had be back in my car in 2 days as promised. The whole experience didn't cost me a penny out of pocket as it was all under warranty. Julian explained they hadn't seen the problem before and his service techs called the Acura engineers who advised how to fix it. Julian kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely not hesitate to go back to Esserman. I leased the car in Broward, but Esserman was the closest dealer to where the car broke down. Very happy w/ my experience w/ Esserman Acura.
