Best Dealer In The City I currently have two leases from Esserman International Acura. I recently brought in my TLX reference a fuel pump recall. I arrived without an appointment, and I was immediately seen without any hesitation. The overall process took 1.5 hours, and the dealer even fixed an interior seat panel that was damaged. Esserman by far has some of the best customer service ! Saili was very helpful ! More
Part switch Had the headliner on my TSX replaced. Later, it was pointed out to me that the overhead console was NOT the color (ivory and not gray) that should be Had the headliner on my TSX replaced. Later, it was pointed out to me that the overhead console was NOT the color (ivory and not gray) that should be in my vehicle. The discussion with Esserman was met with an "oh well" attitude. It had been installed over a year ago. Shame on me for believing they would have installed the proper and not knowing what color belonged there. I'm sorry for trusting Esserman to do the proper installation. Left message with General Manager but have not received a return pone call as of yet. Surprise surprise. Salli the service manager was great but those above her but she can only do so much. The decision as to what to do comes from people above her. My rating for Salli does not reflect with others at the dealership. I will be taking my vehicle to another Acura dealership for service and purchasing my next Acura elsewhere. More
Impossible to speak to my Service Advisor When I called to request an appointment, I also asked to speak to a service advisor regarding other work to have done on my ILX , not due by mileage ( When I called to request an appointment, I also asked to speak to a service advisor regarding other work to have done on my ILX , not due by mileage ( only 5500 after 1 year) but perhaps by time. I never got a call back from the advisor I was assigned to, despite the fact that I called in 4 more times throughout the day and left messages with the receptionist. She actually called me the following day ( ie the day of the appointment, but actually after th ecar left your shop). ??? More
