horrible My 20yr. Old son bought his first new used 2014 Nissan sentra. On may 18th 2016.since that day I have spent 1 to 2 days at or back and forth every wee My 20yr. On may 18th 2016.since that day I have spent 1 to 2 days at or back and forth every week having to deal with issues that shouldn't be happening with in 3 wks of purchasing a car that we were told was the most reliable car,bc he had to get a new car to travel long distance for his job.the 1st day it hadn't been cleaned inside or out so I was asked to drop it off 1st thing in the morning I was there at 8:50 am and wasn't called back to get the car until almost 5 pm at which time I realized it hadn't been touched,it was fifty inside smelled horribly of smoke,it was then asked to bring it back the next day so they could clean it this time wasn't possible we have jobs,so Gary the manager takes it back and cleans it up somewhat after us waiting til almost 7 we got back a car that had to be taken and detailed bc they didn't clean it after having it for almost 9hrs.then they couldn't find the book fir the car or the 2nd key,so wanted to charge us for both after my son had just given them 2000$ and his other car..sat there last wed.for 2hrs bc the windshield washer fluid hose was sliced and wouldn't hold any fluid after they tried to say we must have hit something before even xxxxx the car they then apologized saying it was impossible where the cut was for it to have been r fault so they would order the part and I would have to bring it back,over the weekend my husband was washing the car and found a cut in the tire so today I brought to their attn.to be fixed before my son has to drive 5 hrs for a work trip.i was told that Gary said when it blows out they will fix it but it should be ok til then..2 things what parent wants to put their child in a car with a tire that will eventually blow out and why would they wait and let it cause more damage.i was told for almost 200$ they would fix it he also purchased a wrap warranty which we were told by Sean if anything happened to the tire or wheel they would be covered.how can they want anyone to pay for something that was there when it was purchased and is supposed to be under warranty after only having the car 3 weeks,and the car being at don moore every single week of those 3.they then offered to split it bc they don't know that it didn't happen there or wasn't purchased by them that way.they r a rip off dealership,that is,willing to put ppl in danger rather than fix what they sold to us...will never purchase anything from that place..go other places ppl for your own safety.. Don't buy from Chad at Don Moore. I was quoted a monthly payment of $267/mo. and told my payment may even be cheaper once the sales manager had a chance to play with the numbers. Went back the next day to sign the paperwork and my monthly payment was quoted to me at $399/mo. I was confused about the drastic discrepancy between what I was quoted the day before, and asked to speak to a manager. A man named Chad came over to speak to me. He was the most RUDE and unprofessional man I've ever dealt with. I speak with my hands a lot - well, Chad mocked my every gesture, mocked my facial expressions, and was sarcastic and belittling toward me. I was humiliated at the way he was mocking me. Gary was very pleasant to deal with, but Chad is MEAN. More

Horrendous I initially called the dealership to schedule an appointment but was put on hold twice for a total of 30 minutes before I gave up. I tried calling about 10 more times that day to no avail so I drove to schedule an appointment. Once there I scheduled the appointment. I came back at the scheduled time only to be told they could not do it then and to have the man blame it on one of his coworkers. I politely agreed to come back another day. The service was still terrible and I will never trust this dealer with my car. They are irresponsible and rude and would much rather drive and hour to take my business somewhere where they actually care about customers. More

Wouldn't buy from them again! Called about a specific vehicle on the website and set up a time to stop by an look at it. Drove 30 miles and when we showed up the car was in the service department waiting on a part. We were originally told we couldn't test drive it but did end up getting to. This should have been our first sign that customer service is not a top priority. If they new the car was being serviced they should have told us it wasn't going to be available to see that evening. We ended up coming back the next day to purchase the vehicle after the repair had been made. The buying process went fine with the exception of being told they do not negotiate on the prices of their cars. We drove home that night with the vehicle. Within the next 2 weeks we drove approximately 600 miles. The check engine, traction control and maintenance required lights all came on at basically the same time. We were on the road when this happened so we stopped by a Toyota Dealer and they plugged in the computer to run the diagnostic test. This took all of 2 minutes and we were told a code that represented a part that needed to be replaced - they didn't even consider charging us. This was really frustrating seeing as we had only had the vehicle for 2 weeks so we called Don Moore to explain the situation. Not one time did anyone express any sympathy or did they ever say "this is very unusual". We got the feeling that it was business as usual for them to sell a car that then needed repairs in only 600 driving miles. While waiting to see if they would even consider a free service check, we stopped to get gas and the car would not start - it was completely dead. 2 hours later, and $125 dollars, we had to replace the battery. We then called to explain this and again express our frustration and again not one time were told they were sorry. They told us to bring the car in and that they would cover the diagnostic test price. We again drove the 30 miles to wait 2 HOURS for them to run the same test the other Toyota Dealership ran in TWO MINUTES - FOR FREE. Don Moore was going to charge $60 something for this test and then another $250 to repair the part. We were told that they would cover the $60 but the rest would be up to us. Needless to say, the OEM part cost us $65 dollars and 2 minutes to replace. Overall, this was terrible customer service. Not once were we made to feel like our business was appreciated. I wouldn't be surprised if most people only buy one time from Don Moore and then choose another area Toyota Dealer for future purchases and even service. More
I went to purchase a new Honda from Don Moore and was a little nervous because it was my first time buying by myself. Everyone was very nice and Andrea helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. She showed little nervous because it was my first time buying by myself. Everyone was very nice and Andrea helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. She showed me the kbb fair purchase price and I felt like I was getting a great deal without having to haggle and argue like my husband use to do! In addition to the great price, they have a great inventory and everyone was so nice. I rate them the best because of my great experience and family-like atmosphere. I purchased a 2010 Prius with a 3 month dealership warranty in 7/13. The navigation system never worked properly and I returned within warranty parameters. The service staff at Don Moore reported it was defective and needed to be replaced. We were informed the warranty would not cover it however they would cover roughly $400 of the $2400 fix. This is just the beginning to my experience with Don Moore....I owned the vehicle 1 week and took it to a car wash. Immediately following the car wash my check engine light came on with the warning "do not drive". To make a LONG story short, Don Moore forgot to replace the fuse box cover which allowed water to get into the electrical system. After a $250 repair, I discovered the fuse cover in my glove box!! I will never ever do business with Don Moore again and this is your warning as well...Steer clear of Don Moore Toyota!! More
As of next week I will have my vehicle worked on for the forth busted that should had took two trips to take care of. Trip one to see what trim parts needed to be ordered, trip two to install them.it took t forth busted that should had took two trips to take care of. The third trip they had to fix trim that they did not fix from the first trip sling with the trip parts the re ordered. When I got my vehicle back, one still was not fixed, if it was it was not fixed right and come back off once I moved my set. I was also told wrong by a worker what time to be back to drop off their vehicle (which was too small from my family) to pick up mine. My husband also had problems with them this month as he had problems with his new 2011 truck. We are are very disappointed in them and their service department. I personally will not by a vehicle from them after trying to from their salesman Lilpop. Luckly, my husband had a better salesman that sell work fleet vehicles. More
This salesmen said " he would not waste his time or my time" by trying to sale me or show me SUV's. My price was under his price by quite a bit. I then went to Don Moore Automart, they did not have wha my time" by trying to sale me or show me SUV's. My price was under his price by quite a bit. I then went to Don Moore Automart, they did not have what I wanted but found me what I wanted before I could drive home from their lot. Found one a year old still under warrenty still under the price of older ones on the Don Moore lot. I and my husband had also had issues with Don Moore' s service department regarding warrenty work on mine and his new 2011 truck he purchased from there. More
