The right advisor made the difference on this visit. If you are going in go visit Will. Will was my service advisor and he was excellent. Stayed in touch about things checked on me in the lobby while I was waiting. He offered a repair that was need but wasn't a part of my visit and gave me a reasonable window of when I needed to fix rather than push a job on me I wasn't prepared pay for. Instead of focusing on "Red" factor of the diagnosis. Instead he informed me how long I could go without fixing it and said to call if anything came up. I appreciate that and it was highly refreshing over the last few visits I have had with your business. More
