Bought used truck and discovered an issue few days later. One of the tires had 4 different splits/tears in sidewall making it unsafe to drive. Called dealership and spoke with salesman, Austin Rutherford, One of the tires had 4 different splits/tears in sidewall making it unsafe to drive. Called dealership and spoke with salesman, Austin Rutherford, and was told they couldn’t do anything to help. We were then transferred to sales manager and left message, to this day have not received a call back. I find it hard to believe they were not aware of issue since the truck belonged to the salesman Austin prior to us buying it. Will not go back and will definitely strongly discourage anyone from buying a vehicle there. Stay away! More
