I was working with Don Hattan Ford on a truck online. We had a deal with Micah to come in a purchase the truck. On they way out there I get a text to wait. They told me it was good customer service. i would hate to see what bad customer service is out there. More
Was misled about recall. Dialed service department, salesman answered, had my Vin number and said recall was covered. After 2 hrs and $175.00 Later it wasn't. Don Hattan Ford in general and Kaden Wilson specifically were great to work with in making the decision to buy a new 2023 Ford F-150 Lariate. Kaden did an excellent job of answering our questions and was a were great to work with in making the decision to buy a new 2023 Ford F-150 Lariate. Was extremely impressed with how quick my sales person (within 5 minutes), Kaden, contacted me when I sent an inquiry around 8:15 p.m. on a Monday night. We arranged an appointment to see the vehicle the next day. Upon arriving at the dealership, Kaden and the Don Hattan Ford team were very attentative and respectful, but not pushy. All of my questions were answered promptly and I was made to feel extremely comfortable. By the end of the day, I bought the vehicle. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to drive it home to Western Kansas that day. Arrangements were made and the dealership delivered the vehicle to me (3 hour drive one-way). The driver, Jim, was great and extremely friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. More
