Kia Soul 2016 Bought a 2016 Kia Soul Jan. 2016. Nov ended up with a flat, bought a brand new tire & Jan. 19, that tire is flat. Had to have it towed to Southeat Kia Bought a 2016 Kia Soul Jan. 2016. Nov ended up with a flat, bought a brand new tire & Jan. 19, that tire is flat. Had to have it towed to Southeat Kia because of no spare (stranded with 3 kids) Jan 20th they tell me that it has been slashed. Which is what they said the 1st time too. Said they had abused tire that was in perfect condition, get it and left only for my tire pressure light to come on. Go back and they put air in it, the guy tried to tell me that sometimes it take a bit for the light to register. Left the light was off and then not long after it was back on. Go up there Jan 21 because it was still on and they tell me that they can't do anything till Monday. Talked to a service guy there that didn't know what was going on and he said that he doesn't even buy tires from them and gave me a name of a place to go to. They don't care if someone is stranded in the side of the road with kids. Went straight over to Walmart so they could figure out what was going on, he tire is on backwards and there is a plug in the tire next to the wall. They never told me at Kia that there was even a plug. And it had a slow leak. I call Kia and tell Josh and he says that they can't rely on Walmart. I took pictures of everything while at Walmart, so that there is proof. He says that I need to come in on Monday and talk to Kenny. Again shows that they don't care for the safety of their customers. The car doesn't come with a spare, the car has been towed at night because of a flat (both times) and have left me stranded with kids because in order for the tow to be free they have to tow it to a Kia dealership and that doesn't help when they are closed. Then they lie about a tire, but once but twice in the same day, I have that recorded too and then won't fix the issue and tells me I have to deal with a tire that is leaking air that even Walmart can't fix because it's close to the wall. I definitely would not go to Kia in Somerset unless you constantly want to be lied to. More

Run away as fast as you can We were lied to from the start. We bought a certified preowned kia soul. We were told it had a full sized spare in it and it wasn't a "donut". After contacting the dealer several times and wasting two days at home on calls that never came. , I just quit wasting my time with them. Additionally they gave us "FREE" oil changes for life, only to find they charged us $499 for these "free" oil changes. Went to cancel that and they charge you $75 to cancel it. It should never of been a figure on the sales contract to begin with. Buyer Beware More
